 PER SECTION 107.1 WPB AMENDMENTS TO THE FBC. ONLY ONE
 SET OF EACH WAS SUBMITTED.
  
 2) THE SUBMITTED ENERGY CALCULATION FORM R405-2014 WAS
 NOT SIGNED AND DATED BY THE PERSON WHO PREPARED THE
 CALCULATION, AND BY THE OWNER. THE BUILDER'S OR
 CONTRACTOR'S NAME AND PERMIT OFFICE MUST BE ENTERED IN
 THE TOP RIGHT HAND COLUMN OF THE DOCUMENT.
  
 3) THE CONTRACTOR MUST PROVIDE A SIGNATURE ON THE AC
 LAYOUT PLANS PER SECTION 107.2.1.
  
 4) THE SUBMITTAL FOR THE HURRICANE PAD IS UNACCEPTABLE
 BECAUSE THE PRINT IS SO FAINT IT IS BARELY LEGIBLE. IN
 ADDITION TWO COPIES ARE REQUIRED- ONLY ONE WAS
 SUBMITTED.
  
 5) PLEASE CLARIFY WHY AN NOA FOR A ROOF STAND IS
 SUBMITTED. THE PLANS SHOW THE CODENSER IS TO BE
 GROUND-MOUNTED.
