 PLANS APPROVED AS PART OF THE ORDINANCE WHICH APPROVED
 PREMIER PARK OF COMMERCE, SPECIFICALLY THAT THE BASE IS
 ONE (1) FOOT IN HEIGHT AND THE OVERALL HEIGHT OF THE
 SIGN IS PERMITTED AT SIX (6) FEET. THE BASE OF THE
 PROPOSED SIGN IS SHOWN AT ONE AND A HALF (1.5) FEET IN
 HEIGHT. THE BASE HEIGHT SHALL BE REDUCED TO THE
 APPROVED ONE (1) FOOT HEIGHT.
  
 2) THE SIGN FACE COMPLIES WITH THE PREMIER PARK OF
 COMMERCE APPROVAL ORDINANCE.
