 ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND
 SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) SITE PLAN:
 1A) THE SITE PLAN IS BLOWN UP SO LARGE THE LOCATION
 CANNOT BE VERIFIED AS TO THE LOCATION AND ADDRESS. SITE
 PLAN INDICATES BANYAN CAY RESORT BUT THE PERMIT
 APPLICATION INDICATES 2300 PRESIDENTIAL WAY. 107.2.1.3
 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUIRED. 107.2.1 INFORMATION ON
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE
 AND EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED.
 107.2.5 SITE PLAN. THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED
 WITH THE APPLICATION FOR PERMIT SHALL BE ACCOMPANIED BY
 A SITE PLAN SHOWING TO SCALE THE SIZE AND LOCATION OF
 NEW CONSTRUCTION AND EXISTING STRUCTURES ON THE SITE,
 DISTANCES FROM LOT LINES, THE ESTABLISHED STREET GRADES
 AND THE PROPOSED FINISHED GRADES AND, AS APPLICABLE,
 FLOOD HAZARD AREAS, FLOODWAYS, AND DESIGN FLOOD
 ELEVATIONS; AND IT SHALL BE DRAWN IN ACCORDANCE WITH AN
 ACCURATE BOUNDARY LINE SURVEY.
  
 1B) THE SITE PLAN SHOWS (3) ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES
 AND ACCESS AISLES BUT THERE ARE NO DETAILS SHOWING
 COMPLIANCE WITH ANY ACCESSIBLE ELEMENTS OF EITHER THE
 ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACE NOR THE ACCESS AISLE.
 2014 FBC-ACCESS. CODE PARKING SECTION 502.1-502.7.
  
 2) THE SUBMITTED PLANS AND MODULAR UNIT WERE DESIGNED
 TO THE 1997 SBBCI WITH A WIND SPEED OF 110 MPH FASTEST
 MILE. OUR CURRENT CODE IS DESIGNED TO 170 VULT 3 SECOND
 GUST. PLEASE SHOW THE RELATIONSHIP IN WIND SPEEDS AND
 HOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE 2014 EXISTING BUILD. CODE
 SECTION 1302.3 WIND LOADS MAKE COMPLIANCE. [B] 1302.3
 WIND LOADS. BUILDINGS SHALL COMPLY WITH THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.
 EXCEPTIONS:
 2. STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS WHOSE STRESS IS NOT INCREASED BY
 MORE THAN 10 PERCENT.
 3. MANUFACTURED BUILDINGS AS APPROVED BY THE
 MANUFACTURED BUILDINGS PROGRAM, FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF
 BUSINESS AND PROFESSIONAL REGULATION.
 YOU CAN INTERPOLATE BETWEEN CONTROL LINES.
  
 3) SHEET A1 SHOW EACH MANUFACTURED BUILDING WILL HAVE 2
 EXITS. THE SITE PLAN ONLY SHOWS RAMPS AT THE MAIN EXIT,
 THERE HAS BEEN NO CONSIDERATION HOW THE SECONDARY EXIT
 WILL BE ACHIEVED? FBC-B 2027.1.
 EXITS SHALL DISCHARGE DIRECTLY TO THE EXTERIOR OF THE
 BUILDING. THE EXIT DISCHARGE SHALL BE AT GRADE OR SHALL
 PROVIDE DIRECT ACCESS TO GRADE. SHEET RS-1 SHOWS
 DETAILS FOR AN ACCESSIBLE RAMP BUT NO STAIR NOR LANDING
 DETAILS.
  
 4) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY, COLLATE AND STAPLE INTO SETS OF PLANS. A
 TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT
 NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION MADE,
 IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE

 SECTION 18.2.3.4.1.1 (NFPA 1), FIRE DEPARTMENT ACCESS
 ROADS SHALL HAVE A SURFACE DESIGNED TO ACCOMMODATE FIRE
 APPARATUS WEIGHING AT LEAST 36 TONS. ACCESS ROADS SHALL
 HAVE AN UNOBSTRUCTED WIDTH OF NOT LESS THAN 20 FEET AND
 AN UNOBSTRUCTED VERTICAL CLEARANCE OF NOT LESS THAN 13
 FEET 6 INCHES.
  
 PLANS DO NOT INDICATE ANY NEW OR EXISTING FIRE HYDRANTS
 TO PROTECT THE TRAILER COMPOUND.
