 BEACH COUNTY FOR AN IMPACT FEE REVIEW. THE PLANS WITH
 THE IMPACT FEE STAMP AND A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT
 MUST BE RETURNED TO THE CITY BUILDING DEPARTMENT BEFORE
