 1. CONFLICT BETWEEN WORK DESCRIPTION ON APPLICATION
 "BATHROOM RENOVATION; REMOVE DRYWALL FROM CEILING;
 UPDATE KITCHEN (ALL APPLIANCE LOCATIONS TO REMAIN AS
 IS) AND SCOPE OF WORK ON 2016 APPLICATION FOR
 CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS AND/OR PROPERTY (AD
 VALOREM) TAX EXEMTION ( BATHROOM RENOVATION; UPDATE
 KITCHEN, REMOVE DRYWALL FROM CEILING, REMOVE & REPLACE
 DOORS). PLEASE CLARIFY.
 2. SUBMITTAL CONSISTS OF ABOVE MENTIONED APPLICATION
 AND PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR ALUMINUM FRENCH DOORS,
 ALUMINUM SINGLE HUNG WINDOWS AND EXTRUDED ALIMINUM TUBE
 MULLIONS.
 3. ONCE A SCOPE OF WORK HAS BEEN DECIDED, PLEASE
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:
 3A. PROVIDE A FLOOR PLAN WITH DEMENSIONS IDENTIFYING
 THE LOCATION OF ALL PROPOSED WORK.
 3B. PROVIDE DESIGN WIND LOADS AND ROUGH OPENING
 DEMENSIONS FOR ALL PROPOSED WINDOWS AND DOORS.
 3C. THE INDIVIDUAL TAKING RESPONSIBILITY SHALL PROVIDE
 THEIR PRINTED NAME AND SIGNATURE ON THE SUBMITTED PLANS
 AND SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS PER FBC 107.
 4. VALUE CANNOT BE DETERMINED AT THIS TIME.
 5. ADDITIONAL COMMENTS MAY BE GENERATED UPON RECIEPT OF
 A PROPERLY COMPLETED SUBMITTAL PACKAGE.
 6. ALL SUBMITTAL DOCUMENT TO BE IN DUPLICATE.
  
 FBC 107.2.1 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 DIMENSIONED AND DRAWN UPON SUITABLE MATERIAL.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY
 TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF THE WORK
 PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT WILL CONFORM TO THE
 PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES,
 RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL.
  
 FBC 107.3.5.3 - PROVIDE WIND DESIGN LOADS/DESIGN
 PRESSURES PURSUANT TO FBC-R301.2.
  
 R301.2.1 WIND DESIGN CRITERIA.
 BUILDINGS AND PORTIONS THEREOF SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THE WIND PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE USING
 THE BASIC WIND SPEED IN TABLE R301.2(1) AS DETERMINED
 FROM FIGURE R301.2(4). THE STRUCTURAL PROVISIONS OF
 THIS CODE FOR WIND LOADS ARE NOT PERMITTED WHERE WIND
 DESIGN IS REQUIRED AS SPECIFIED IN SECTION R301.2.1.1.
 WHERE DIFFERENT CONSTRUCTION METHODS AND STRUCTURAL
 MATERIALS ARE USED FOR VARIOUS PORTIONS OF A BUILDING,
 THE APPLICABLE REQUIREMENTS OF THIS SECTION FOR EACH
 PORTION SHALL APPLY. WHERE NOT OTHERWISE SPECIFIED, THE
 WIND LOADS LISTED IN TABLE R301.2(2) ADJUSTED FOR
 HEIGHT AND EXPOSURE USING TABLE R301.2(3) SHALL BE USED
 TO DETERMINE DESIGN LOAD PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS FOR
 WALL COVERINGS, CURTAIN WALLS, ROOF COVERINGS, EXTERIOR
 WINDOWS, SKYLIGHTS AND EXTERIOR DOORS (OTHER THAN
 GARAGE DOORS). WHERE LOADS FOR GARAGE DOORS ARE NOT
 OTHERWISE SPECIFIED, THE LOADS LISTED IN TABLE
 R301.2(4) ADJUSTED FOR HEIGHT AND EXPOSURE USING TABLE
 R301.2(3) SHALL BE USED TO DETERMINE DESIGN LOAD
 PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS. ASPHALT SHINGLES SHALL BE
 DESIGNED FOR WIND SPEEDS IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION
 R905.2.4. A CONTINUOUS LOAD PATH SHALL BE PROVIDED TO
 TRANSMIT THE APPLICABLE UPLIFT FORCES IN SECTION R802.2
 FROM THE ROOF ASSEMBLY TO THE FOUNDATION.
 R301.2.1.1 WIND LIMITATIONS AND WIND DESIGN REQUIRED.
 THE WIND PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE SHALL NOT APPLY TO THE
 DESIGN OF BUILDINGS WHERE THE ULTIMATE DESIGN WIND
 SPEED, VULT FROM FIGURE R301.2(4) EQUALS OR EXCEEDS 115
 MILES PER HOUR (51 M/S).
  
 107.2.3 MEANS OF EGRESS. THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
 SHALL SHOW IN SUFFICIENT DETAIL THE LOCATION,
 CONSTRUCTION, SIZE AND CHARACTER OF ALL PORTIONS OF THE
 MEANS OF EGRESS IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF
 THIS CODE. IN OTHER THAN OCCUPANCIES IN GROUPS R-2,
 R-3, AND I-1, THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL
 DESIGNATE THE NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS TO BE ACCOMMODATED ON
 EVERY FLOOR, AND IN ALL ROOMS AND SPACES.
  
 CITY OF WPB CHPT. 1 - VALUE
 109.3 BUILDING PERMIT VALUATIONS. IF, IN THE OPINION OF
 THE BUILDING OFFICIAL, THE CLAIMED VALUATION OF
 BUILDING, ALTERATION, STRUCTURE, ELECTRICAL, GAS,
 MECHANICAL OR PLUMBING SYSTEMS APPEARS TO BE
 UNDERESTIMATED ON THE APPLICATION, THE PERMIT SHALL BE
 DENIED, UNLESS THE APPLICANT CAN SHOW DETAILED,
 QUANTITY ESTIMATES, AND/OR BONA FIDE SIGNED CONTRACTS
 (EXCLUDING LAND VALUE) TO MEET THE APPROVAL OF THE
 BUILDING OFFICIAL. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES, VALUATION
 OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL REPLACEMENT
 VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL, ELECTRIC, PLUMBING,
 MECHANICAL, INTERIOR FINISH, RELATIVE SITE WORK,
 ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES, MARKETING COSTS,
 OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY LAND VALUE.
 VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST PUBLISHED
 DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION
 COST ANALYSIS SERVICES (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.),
 AS PUBLISHED BY INTERNATIONAL CODE CONGRESS.
 FINAL BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION SHALL BE SET BY THE
 BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 YOU MAY PROVIDE A COPY OF THE CONTRACT SIGNED BY THE
 OWNER OR A LIST OF LABOR, MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT
 RENTAL TO VERIFY VALUE.
  
 ALL INFORMATION, DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS AND
 ACCOMPANYING DATA SHALL BEAR THE NAME AND SIGNATURE OF
 THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN. (SEE ALSO
 SECTION 107.3.5).
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING, IT IS HELPFUL TO PROVIDE A RESPONSE
 LETTER ADDRESSING EACH ITEM ALONG WITH THE CITY
 RE-SUBMITTAL FORM. PLEASE, ADDITIONALLY, INSERT
