 OCCUPANCY GROUP IN ALL BUILDINGS AND
 STRUCTURES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE PROVISIONS PROVIDED IN
 CHAPTER 34 OF THIS CODE AND THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE, EXISTING BUILDING. THE FOLLOWING BUILDINGS,
 STRUCTURES AND FACILITIES ARE EXEMPT FROM THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE AS PROVIDED BY LAW, AND ANY FURTHER
 EXEMPTIONS SHALL BE AS DETERMINED BY THE
 LEGISLATURE AND PROVIDED BY LAW:
  
 (D) TEMPORARY BUILDINGS OR SHEDS USED EXCLUSIVELY FOR

 APPLICATION. THE PARCEL SHOWN ON THE PLAN IS 2101
 PRESIDENTIAL WAY, NOT 2300.
  
 2. THE PARCEL OF LAND SHOWN ON THE PLAN TO BE UTILIZED
 FOR THE OFFICE TRAILER IS NOT OWNED BY THE SAME ENTITY
 AS THE GOLF COURSE. THIS IS A SEPARATE PARCEL OWNED BY
 A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT ENTITY. CONSTRUCTION TRAILERS
 ARE TO BE LOCATED ON THE SAME PROPERTY AS THE PROPOSED
 CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY.
  
 NOTE THAT ALL TRAILERS SHALL BE REMOVED WITHIN SEVEN
 DAYS OF THE FINAL CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION BY THE CITY
 AND PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY
 / COMPLETION.
