 2) THE SINGLE ASSEMBLY ROOF SYSTEM HAS 2 X 8 RAFTERS,
 WHICH WILL HAVE A SPACE OF 7.25 INCHES. THIS WOULD NOT
 BE ENOUGH SPACE FOR THE R-30 INSULATION AND A ONE INCH
 AIR SPACE. FBC-R 806.3
  
 3) THE SIGNED AND SEALED ENHANCED FASTENING
 CALCULATIONS FOR THE TAMKO MODIFIED ROOF SYSTEM DO NOT
 SPECIFY THE NOA PAGE NUMBER, THE SYSTEM TYPE OR TYPE OF
 FASTENERS THAT WILL BE USED. THERE ARE TWO PAGES IN THE
 NOA FOR SYSTEMS WITH NON-INSULATED DECKS WHICH HAVE A
 MAXIMUM DESIGN PRESSURE OF -60PSF. HOWEVER, NEITHER ONE
 OF THEM HAS FASTENER SPACING OF 11" ON CENTER. NOTE:
 OPTION #1 ON PAGE 13 USES RING SHANK NAILS AND TIN CAPS
 WITH A MAXIMUM DESIGN PRESSURE OF -52.5 PSF.
  
 4) THE MECHANICAL PLANS SHOW DUCT WORK IN AN ATTIC. THE
 ADDITION HAS A SINGLE ASSEMBLY ROOF WITH NO ROOM FOR
 DUCTS. COORDINATE THE ARCHITECTURAL PLANS WITH THE
 MECHANICAL PLANS TO ADDRESS THIS ISSUE. FBC 107.2.1
  
 5) IN ORDER TO REDUCE PLAN REVIEW TIME, PLEASE SUBMIT A

 AND THE FORMS LIST A TWO FOOT OVERHANG. THE PLANS SHOW
 A FLAT SINGLE ASSEMBLY ROOF ON THE ADDITION WITH A
 MODIFIED BITUMEN ROOF SYSTEM AND THE ENERGY FORMS
 SPECIFY A HIP ROOF WITH A FULL ATTIC AND COMPOSITE
 SHINGLES. ALL OF THE WINDOWS IN THE ADDITION FACE EAST
