 1) REPEAT COMMENT: PROVIDE TWO COPIES OF A SURVEY AND A
 SITE PLAN SHOWING THE PROPOSED LOCATION OF THE SIGN,
 INCLUDING SETBACKS. THE SURVEY THAT WAS PROVIDED IS NOT
 THE CURRENT SURVEY, WHICH SHOWS THE RECONFIGURED ENTRY
 DRIVE, THE NEW SITE WALL, ETC. THE PROVIDED SITE PLAN
 DOES NOT HIGHLIGHT THE SIGN LOCATION, NOT DOES IT
 PROVIDE ANY SETBACK DIMENSIONS.
  
 2) REPEAT COMMENT: STAFF CAN NOT PROVIDE ADDITIONAL
 COMMENTS UNTIL THE PROPOSED LOCATION OF THE SIGN IS
 ESTABLISHED ON THE SITE PLAN. HOWEVER; THE DETAIL FOR
 THE MONUMENT SIGN SEEMS TO INDICATE THAT IT WILL BE THE
 LOW FREESTANDING SIGN ADJACENT TO THE NEW ENTRY DRIVE
 OFF OF FLAGLER DRIVE. IF THIS IS THE CASE THE FOLLOWING
 COMMENTS APPLY:
  
 A. THE SIGN HAS REPEATEDLY BEEN SHOWN IN THE NEW
 DRAINAGE EASEMENT ADJACENT TO FLAGLER DRIVE. SINCE THIS
 DRAINAGE SYSTEM IS DESIGNED TO HANDLE DRAINAGE FROM
 CITY SYSTEMS, PROVIDE A LETTER FROM THE CITY'S
 ENGINEERING SERVICES DIVISION THAT THE SPECIFIC SIGN
 DESIGN AND ITS ENCROACHMENT INTO THE DRAINAGE EASEMENT
 WILL NOT NEGATIVELY AFFECT THE ABILITY OF THE DRAINAGE
 EASEMENT TO PERFORM ITS DRAINAGE FUNCTION.
 B. ALLOWED SQUARE FOOTAGE:
  
 PERMITTED LOW FREESTANDING SIGNAGE: 407 SF
 PREVIOUSLY PERMITTED SIGNAGE: 61.6 SF
 PROPOSED SIGNAGE: 54 SF
  
 TOTAL LOW FREESTANDING SIGNAGE: 115.6 SF
