 AND OBSTRUCTS THE SIDEWALK EGRESS PATH OF THE POOL
 DECK. I BELIEVE THE ORIGINAL LIFE SAFETY PLAN INDICATED
 AN OCCUPANT LOAD OF 300-400 UTILIZING THIS EGRESS PATH
 BETWEEN THE HOTEL AND CONVENTION CENTER.
  
 THE GRILL IS LOCATED CLOSER THAN 10 FEET TO THE
 BUILDING AND THE NEW ROOF TRELLIS. PER NFPA 1 SECTION
 10.11.6 COOKING EQUIPMENT: NO HIBACHI, GRILL, OR OTHER
 SIMILAR DEVICES USED FOR COOKING, HEATING, OR ANY OTHER
 PURPOSE SHALL BE USED OR KINDLED ON ANY BALCONY, UNDER
 ANY OVERHANGING PORTION, OR WITHIN 10 FEET OF ANY
 STRUCTURE. RELOCATE OR PROTECT THE GRILL IN ACCORDANCE
 WITH NFPA 96 - STANDARD FOR VENTILATION CONTROL AND
 FIRE PROTECTION OF COMMERCIAL COOKING OPERATIONS.
