 1) THE MINOR AMENDMENT FOR THE POOL BAR HAS NOT BEEN
 APPROVED. ZONING WILL NOT APPROVE THIS PERMIT UNTIL THE
 INFORMATION REQUIRED TO APPROVE THE MINOR AMENDMENT HAS
 BEEN SUBMITTED TO THE PLANNING DIVISION.
  
 2) USE THE SAME NOMENCLATURE FOR THE OUTDOOR SEATING.
 IT IS REFERRED TO BAR TERRACE ON SOME SHEETS AND
 OUTDOOR DINING ON OTHERS.
  
 3) THE EXTENT OF THE OPEN TO SKY TERRACE AND HOW IT IS
 IMPACTED BY THE NEW TRELLIS COLUMNS SHALL BE INCLUDED
 ON THE PARTIAL FLOOR PLAN.
  
 4) PROVIDE HOW THE LANDSCAPE ADJACENT TO THE OPEN TO
 SKY TERRACE WILL BE IMPACTED BY THE NEW TRELLIS COLUMNS
 WITH THIS PERMIT AND A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT WILL
 NOT BE REQUIRED.
  
 5) PROVIDE VERIFICATION THAT THE NEW CONDENSING UNIT ON
 TOP OF THE EQUIPMENT RACK IS SCREENED FROM THE EXTERIOR
 OF THE SITE. THE FAN DISCHARGE IS CALLED OUT TO BE
 BELOW THE PARAPET BUT NO MENTION OF THE CONDENSING UNIT
 IS PROVIDED.
