 PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE COMMENTS BELOW:
  
 1) THE PROPOSED REPLACEMENT BOX SIGN IS 23.34 SQUAREE
 FEET. THE PANEL STATING "ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY
 #7827" IS 1.34 SQUARE FEET. THIS IS COUNTED AS ONE SIGN
 SO PROVIDE THE VOID AREA BETWEEN THE TWO ELEMENTS SO
 THAT STAFF CAN CALCULATE THE TOTAL AREA OF THIS SIGN.
  
 2) PLEASE PROVIDE THE DIMENSION OF THE EXISTING LETTERS
 ON THE TALL, TO INCLUDE THE ADDRESS. THIS SHALL BE DONE
 AS ONE BOXED AREA. IF THE SIGN COPY TO BE REMOVED IS
 EQUAL TO OR GREATER THAN THE TOTAL SQUARE FOOTAGE FROM
 COMMENT NO. 1, THEN THERE IS NO ISSUE WITH THE
 REPLACEMENT SIGN. IF THE SIGN COPY TO BE REMOVED IS
 LESS THAN THE SQUAR FOOTAGE FROM COMMENT NO. 1, THEN
 THE SIGN AREA FOR THE "FOUNTAINVIEW" SIGN SHALL BE
 PROVIDED. IN THIS INSTANCE, THE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THE
 PROPOSED SIGN PLUS THE FOUNTAINVIEW SQUARE FOOTAGE MAY
 NOT EXCEED 48 SQUARE FEET.
  
 3) THE PHOTO PROVIDED WITH THE PERMIT SHOWS THE
 EXISTING FOUNTAINVIEW SIGN AS WHITE WITH BLUE LETTERS
 AND BORDER, WHILE THE GOOGLE STREETVIEW SHOWS THE SIGN
 WITH A GREEN BACKGROUND, GOLD LETTERS AN A WHITE
 BORDER. IS THE FOUNTAINVIEW PORTION OF THE SIGN BEING
 REPLACED OR JUST REPAINTED?
