 1) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FBC-R 310.1 EMERGENCY ESCAPE
 AND RESCUE WINDOWS IN BEDROOM NUMBER 3.
  
 2) SPECIFY THE METHOD OF ATTACHMENT THAT WILL BE USED
 TO INSTALL THE ROOF TILE. IF AN ADHESIVE WILL BE USED,

 4) THE ENERGY CALCULATION FORMS FOR THE GUEST HOUSE
 LISTS THE HEAT SYSTEM AS 21.3 KBTU/HR (6.2 KW) AND THE
 EQUIPMENT SCHEDULE ON THE HVAC PLANS SPECIFIES 8 KW FOR
 THE HEAT. PLEASE CLARIFY.
  
 5) THIS PROPERTY IS ZONED SF7, THE GUEST HOUSE MAY NOT
 BE ALLOWED TO HAVE A FULL KITCHEN AS INDICATED ON THE
 PLANS. CHECK WITH THE WEST PALM BEACH ZONING DIVISION.
