 PLEASE PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSES.
  
 1) THE SUBMITTED PLANS SHOW TWO DIFFERENT SIGNS ON THIS
 PERMIT. WHICH OF THE TWO SIGNS DOES THIS PERMIT COVER?
  
 2) PROVIDE TWO COPIES OF A SURVEY WHICH SHOW WHICH
 BUILDING FACADE THE SIGN IS MOUNTED ON AND THE LINEAR
 DIMENSION OF THE FACADE.
  
 3) PROVIDE THE HEIGHT OF THE BUILDING. PLEASE NOTE THAT
 THE HEIGHT OF THE BUILDING IS NOT TO THE TOP OF THE
 HIGHER PARAPET WHERE THE SIGN IS MOUNTED. THIS PARAPET
 AREA MAY BE ADDED AS A SEPARATE CALCULATION.
  
 4) THE CALCULATION FOR THE SIGN AREA SHALL SHOW THE
 ENTIRE SIGN HEIGHT. THE LOWER PORTION OF THE LETTER "J"
 IS NOT INCLUDED.
  
 5) PROVIDE A PHOTO THAT VERIFIES THERE ARE NO
 ADDITIONAL SIGNS ON THE FACADE ON WHICH THIS SIGN IS
 PROPOSED. IF THERE ARE OTHER SIGNS, THEN THAT SIGN'S
 DIMENSIONS SHALL BE PROVIDED.
