 FOLLOWING IS AN ADVISORY ONLY OF INFORMATION AND

 1. EVALUATION AND ASSESMENT REQUIRED FROM A FLORIDA
 LICENSED PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER. SCOPE OF WORK SHALL BE
 BASED ON ENGINEER'S ASSESMENT.
 2. ALL WORK SHALL COMPLY WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE
 2014 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE (EXISTING BUILDING).
 3. A SPECIAL INSPECTOR IS REQUIRED PER FS 553.79 (5).
 PLEASE SUBMIT A COMPLETED RESIDENT INSPECTOR AGREEMENT
 WITH RE-SUBMITTAL.
 4. SITE PLAN REQUIRED INDICATIING STAGING AREA OF
 EQUIPTMENT AND MATERIALS.
 5. PROVIDE PLAN SHOWING LOCATION AND DETAILS OF ALL
 PROPOSED WORK.
 6. ALL REQUIREMENTS FOR A THRESHOLD BUILDING PER FS
