 PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS IN EFFECT AT THE TIME OF
 SUBMITTAL. BELOW IS A LIST OF THE DEFICIENCIES NOTED.
  
 1] PLEASE CLEARLY DEFINE THE EXTENT OF THE ELECTRICAL
 SCOPE OF WORK. FURTHER COMMENTS MAY BE ADDED TO ENSURE
 A SAFE CODE COMPLIANT DOCUMENT IS PASSED. FBC 107
 MINIMUM PLAN REVIEW
  
 2] ELECTRICAL LOAD CALCS DON'T REFLECT PROPER DEMANDS
 IN ACCORDANCE WITH NEC 220.82(A)&(B) OPTIONAL METHOD.
 MISSING 2 SMALL APPLIANCE, DISHWASHER, MICROWAVE, HOOD,
 AND FYI THE RECEPTACLE LOAD IS INCLUDED IN THE 3VA PER
 SQFT GENERAL LIGHTING DEMAND. UNLESS 4 SEPARATELY
 CONTROLLED UNITS THE AC HEAT LOADS CANNOT BE DEMANDED
 AT 40 % PLEASE VERIFY NEC 220.82(C). CORRECT PANEL
 SCHEDULES TO MATCH CURRENT LOADS AND ADJUST
 CALCULATIONS ACCORDINGLY.
  
 3] SMOKE ALARMS SHALL BE 3' AWAY FROM AC AND BATHROOMS
 PLUS BE PROTECTED BY AN ARC-FAULT BREAKER PER NFPA 29 &
 FBC-R SECTION E3902.13
  
 4] ALL NEWLY INSTALLED RECEPTACLES SHALL BE
 TAMPER-RESISTANT. FBC-R SECTION E4002.12
  
 5] ALL NEWLY INSTALLED LIGHTING SHALL BE 75 % HIGH
 EFFICIENCY AND RECESSED FIXTURES WILL BE IC-RATED
 SEALED TO NOT COMPROMISE BUILDING THERMAL ENVELOPE.

 PLEASE REVISE YOUR DRAWINGS TO REFLECT THE ABOVE
 MENTIONED DEFICIENCIES.WHEN RESUBMITTING, FOR A QUICKER

 (NARRATIVE) ADDRESSING EACH ITEM ALONG WITH THE
 STANDARD CITY RE-SUBMITTAL FORM.
