 ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND
 SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) SHEET A2.0 SHOWS IN THE MENS/ WOMENS ATTEDANT ROOM
 THE AIR HANDLER BEING RELOCATED WITHIN A NEW CLOSET
 WITH DOUBLE DOORS IN FRONT FOR ACCESS AND A DOOR ON ONE
 SIDE FOR ACCESS. SHEET ALR4.1 DOES NOT SHOW A RETURN
 DUCT, IT WOULD APPEAR THE CLOSET IS TO BE CONSIDERED A
 PLENUM. THE PLANS GIVE NO INFORMATION ON THE WALL
 FINISHES NOR THE TYPE OF MATERIALS THE DOORS ARE MADE.
 2014 FBC-M 602.2.1 MATERIALS WITHIN PLENUMS. EXCEPT AS
 REQUIRED BY SECTIONS 602.2.1.1 THROUGH 602.2.1.5,
 MATERIALS WITHIN PLENUMS SHALL BE NONCOMBUSTIBLE OR
 SHALL BE LISTED AND LABELED AS HAVING A FLAME SPREAD
 INDEX OF NOT MORE THAN 25 AND A SMOKE-DEVELOPED INDEX
 OF NOT MORE THAN 50 WHEN TESTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ASTM
 E 84 OR UL 723. PLEASE PROVIDE WALL FINSIHES OF THE AIR
 HANDLER CLOSET AND OF THE DOORS.
  
 2) SHEET A2.0 & ALF4.1 THE MENS/ WOMENS ATTENDANT
 ACCESS ROOM DOOR NOT IDENTIFIED ALSO HAS A NEW
 STRUCTURE AROUND IT. THIS DOOR NO LONGER HAS THE
 REQUIRED MANEUVERING CLEARANCES AROUND IT BY THE 2014
 FBC-ACCESS. CODE. 404.2.4.1 18 INCHES ON THE PULL SIDE
 OF THE DOOR LATCH SIDE.
  
 3) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO

 1) REFER TO SECTION 809.2 FBC-14 EXISTING BUILDING CODE
 AND PROVIDE MINIMUM VENTILATION CALCULATIONS FOR ALL
 ROOMS AND SPACES PER TABLE 403.3 FBC-14 MECHANICAL.
 PROVIDE A SCHEDULE THAT INDICATES THE REQUIRED AND
 PROVIDED CFMS OF OUTDOOR AIR. PLEASE NOTE THAT LOCKER
 ROOMS REQUIRE EXHAUST AT A RATE OF 0.5 CFM'S PER SQ.
 FT. AND RECIRCULATION OF AIR IS LIMITED TO 10% OF THE
 SUPPLY AIR STREAM.
  
 2) PROVIDE A SCOPE OF WORK FOR MECHANICAL ALTERATIONS
 THAT INDICATES WHICH AREAS OF THE OCCUPANCY ARE BEING
 CONDITIONED BY THE NEW AC SYSTEMS.
  
 3) SHEET M-1.1: SHOW THE LOCATIONS OF THE EXISTING
 AHU'S AND SUPPLY, RETURN, AND O/A DUCTWORK. HOW CAN THE
 O/A BRANCH DUCTS TO THE NEW UNITS BE EXISTING? PLEASE
 INDICATE THE SIZES OF THE EXISTING AND NEW O/A DUCTS.
  
 4) M-1.1: PROVIDE COMPLETE SUPPLY AND RETURN DUCTWORK
 PLANS FOR THE NEW AHU'S. HOW IS AIR BEING RETURNED TO
 THE UNITS FROM ALL THE ROOMS AND SPACES?
  
 5) M-1.1: A NEW MECHANICAL CLOSET IS BEING CREATED FOR
 AHU-1. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL MATERIALS IN THE CLOSET
 INCLUDING THE NEW DOOR SHALL BE NON-COMBUSTIBLE OR
 PLENUM-RATED- SEE SECTION C403.2.7.2 FBC-14 ENERGY
