 SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED ON THE STRUCTURAL DRAWINGS,

 2) SUBMIT TWO SETS OF A SURFACE WATER DRAINAGE PLAN
 PURSUANT TO R401.3 DRAINAGE.
 SURFACE DRAINAGE SHALL BE DIVERTED TO A STORM SEWER
 CONVEYANCE OR OTHER APPROVED POINT OF COLLECTION THAT
 DOES NOT CREATE A HAZARD. LOTS SHALL BE GRADED TO DRAIN
 SURFACE WATER AWAY FROM FOUNDATION WALLS. THE GRADE
 SHALL FALL A MINIMUM OF 6 INCHES (152 MM) WITHIN THE
 FIRST 10 FEET (3048 MM).
 EXCEPTION: WHERE LOT LINES, WALLS, SLOPES OR OTHER
 PHYSICAL BARRIERS PROHIBIT 6 INCHES (152 MM) OF FALL
 WITHIN 10 FEET (3048 MM), DRAINS OR SWALES SHALL BE
 CONSTRUCTED TO ENSURE DRAINAGE AWAY FROM THE STRUCTURE.
 IMPERVIOUS SURFACES WITHIN 10 FEET (3048 MM) OF THE
 BUILDING FOUNDATION SHALL BE SLOPED A MINIMUM OF 2
 PERCENT AWAY FROM THE BUILDING.
  
 3) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH R302.12 DRAFTSTOPPING. IN
 COMBUSTIBLE CONSTRUCTION WHERE THERE IS USABLE SPACE
 BOTH ABOVE AND BELOW THE CONCEALED SPACE OF A
 FLOOR/CEILING ASSEMBLY, DRAFTSTOPS SHALL BE INSTALLED
 SO THAT THE AREA OF THE CONCEALED SPACE DOES NOT EXCEED
 1,000 SQUARE FEET (92.9 M2). DRAFTSTOPPING SHALL DIVIDE
 THE CONCEALED SPACE INTO APPROXIMATELY EQUAL AREAS.
 WHERE THE ASSEMBLY IS ENCLOSED BY A FLOOR MEMBRANE
 ABOVE AND A CEILING MEMBRANE BELOW, DRAFTSTOPPING SHALL
 BE PROVIDED IN FLOOR/CEILING ASSEMBLIES UNDER THE
 FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES:
 1. CEILING IS SUSPENDED UNDER THE FLOOR FRAMING.
 2. FLOOR FRAMING IS CONSTRUCTED OF TRUSS-TYPE OPEN-WEB
 OR PERFORATED MEMBERS.
  
 4) PROVIDE A DETAIL OF THE STEEL POST CAP ON THE PLANS.

 5) THE OWNER/AGENT IS REQUIRED TO SIGN THE ENERGY
 CALCULATIONS. FBC ENERGY CONSERVATION - SECT. 103.1.1.2

 THE OWNER?S ARCHITECT, OR OTHER AUTHORIZED AGENT
 LEGALLY DESIGNATED BY THE OWNER SHALL CERTIFY THAT THE
 BUILDING IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE CODE, AS PER SECTION
 553.907, FLORIDA STATUTES, PRIOR TO RECEIVING THE
 PERMIT TO BEGIN CONSTRUCTION OR RENOVATION.
  
 6) SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF THE MANUFACTURER'S
 SPECIFICATIONS AND INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE

 7) SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF THE PRODUCT EVALUATION REPORTS
 WITH INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ICYENE SPRAY
 FOAM INSULATION. FBC R316
  
 8) FBC 107.3.4 - PROVIDE TWO SETS OF PRODUCT APPROVALS
 FOR THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY DCA RULE 9N-3
 THAT HAVE BEEN REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD. PROVIDE TWO COMPLETE PRODUCT
 APPROVALS WITH FL OR NOA NUMBERS INCLUDING INSTALLATION
 INSTRUCTIONS AND MAXIMUM DESIGN PRESSURES FOR EACH OF
 THE ROOFING MATERIALS, AS WELL AS, THE DECK AND BALCONY
 WATERPROOFING SYSTEMS.
  
 9) THE DOOR SCHEDULE ON SHEET A-6 OF THE PLANS
 SPECIFIES CGI ( NOA NO. 16-0303.01 ) FOR THE SLIDING
 GLASS DOOR AND ( NOA NO. 15-1013.15 ) FOR PGT SLIDING
 GLASS DOORS WAS SUBMITTED.
  
 10) THE DOOR SCHEDULE ON SHEET A-6 OF THE PLANS
