 2) ADVISORY: ALTHOUGH THE KITCHEN EXHAUST HOOD WILL BE

 CENTER THEY WILL BE TO HIGH PER FBC ACC 609.4 POSITION
 OF GRAB BARS.
 GRAB BARS SHALL BE INSTALLED IN A HORIZONTAL POSITION,
 33 INCHES (840 MM) MINIMUM AND 36 INCHES (915 MM)
 MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR MEASURED TO THE TOP OF
 THE GRIPPING SURFACE, EXCEPT THAT AT WATER CLOSETS FOR

 FRYERS DISCHARGING INDIRECTLY INTO THE FLOOR SINK FOR
 THE GREASY WASTE SYSTEM. CLARIFY.
 5) A SEPARATE PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR THE BACKFLOW
 PREVENTER.WPB AMEND. TO FBC SEC. 105.1.
 6) SUBMIT A DETAIL FOR THE HOT WATER RETURN PIPING. IT
 IS DIFFICULT TO SEE HOW/WHERE THE RETURN LINE IS
 CONNECTED. IT APPEARS LIKE THE FLOW ARROW AT THE CHECK
 VALVE IS REVERSED. CLARIFY.
 7) BACKFLOW PREVENTION DEVICES ARE REQUIRED ON THE
 ICEMAKERS. 2014 FPC SEC.608.3.
 8) THE GREASE INTERCEPTOR SHALL BE SIZED BASED ON THE
 NUMBER OF SEATS IN THE DINING AREA WHICH INCLUDES THE
 EXTERIOR SEATING AREA . HAVE THE SEATS IN WHAT APPEARS
 TO BE BOOTHS BEEN INCLUDED IN THE COUNT? CLARIFY.
 9) SHT. P-3 - REFERENCE IS MADE TO TABLE 709.1 OF THE
 PLUMBING CODE FOR GREASE SIZING CALCULATIONS. TABLE
 709.1 IS FOR DRAINAGE FIXTURE UNITS, NOT FOR GREASE
 SIZING CALCULATIONS. CLARIFY. THERE IS ALSO A REFERENCE
 TO TABLE 1003.5.1 FOR THE SIZING FORMULA FOR GREASE
 INTERCEPTORS. THERE IS NO SUCH TABLE IN THE PLUMBING
 CODE. CLARIFY.
 10) SHT.A-102 - SCUPPERS SHALL BE SIZED IN ACCORDANCE
 WITH TABLE 1106.7 OF THE 2014 FPC.THE SIZING SHALL BE
 BASED ON A 5 INCH PER HOUR RATE OF RAINFALL. INDICATE
 THE HEAD IN INCHES FOR THE OVERFLOW SCUPPERS AND SHOW
 THE SQUARE FOOT AREA BEING DRAINED BY EACH SCUPPER.
 11) THE SAMPLING PORT SHOWN ON THE PLANS IS NOT AN
 ACCEPTABLE DESIGN PER THE CWPB UTILITIES DEPT. A
 PRE-MANUFACTURED SAMPLING PORT OR A DIFFERENT DESIGN
