 BEACH COUNTY FOR AN IMPACT FEE REVIEW. THE PLANS WITH
 THE IMPACT FEE STAMP AND A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT
 MUST BE RETURNED TO THE CITY BUILDING DEPARTMENT BEFORE

 EXACT LOCATIONS? CLARIFY THIS ON THE PLANS AND BE
 SPECIFIC. WPB AMEND. TO FBC SEC.107.2.1.
 2) SHOW THE FIXTURE CLEARANCES FOR THE PLUMBING
 FIXTURES IN ACCORDANCE WITH 2014 FBCR-P2705.1.
 3) SHOW THE LENGTH AND WIDTH DIMENSIONS OF ALL THE

 4) THE WATER HEATERS ARE SHOWN ON THE EXTERIOR OF THE
 STRUCTURE. INDDICATE IF THEY ARE LOCATED IN AN

 "EGH". I AM ASSUMING THIS MEANS "EXISTING GAS HEATER."
 CLARIFY.
 5) THE SUBMITTED SANITARY RISER DOES NOT COMPLY WITH
 THE PLUMBING CODE. COMPLY WITH 2014 FBCR-SEC. P3108.1
 FOR FIXTURES PERMITTED ON A WET VENT. ALSO, REFER TO
 2014 FBCR-SEC. R202 FOR THE DEFINITION OF A BATHROOM

 6) CLEANOUTS ARE REQUIRED IN THE BASE OF WASTE STACKS
