 2) REVISED COMMENT: THE PLANS STATE THAT THE ELECTRICAL
 WIRING WILL BE INSTALLED "WITHIN METAL CONDUIT BY
 OTHERS". THE SPECIFIC DETAILS OF THE CONDUIT SHALL BE
 PROVIDED, TO INCLUDE COLOR, MATERIAL, AND HOW IT WILL
 BE ATTACHED TO THE VERTICAL SUPPORT COLUMN AND TO THE
 HOROZONTAL SIGN SUPPORTS. IF IT IS NOT INCLUDED AS PART
 OF THIS PERMIT, THEN IT SHALL BE SHOWN ON A SEPARATE
 PERMIT AND ZONING WILL NOT APPROVE THIS PERMIT UNTIL
 THE SEPARATE CONDUIT PERMIT IS SUBMITTED. THE PROVIDED
 PLANS DO NOT SHOW ANY PENETRATIONS IN THE HORIZONTAL

 ALLOWS A VARIANCE FROM THIS REQUIREMENT IF YOU PROVIDE
 A NOTARIZED LETTER FROM CITYPLACE THAT THEY HAVE
 GRANTED THE SPECIFIC VARIANCE NEEDED TO CONSTRUCT AN
 INTERNALLY ILLUMINATED BOX SIGN.
  
 3) THE CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN DOES NOT ALLOW
 EXPOSED RACEWAYS. THE PLANS CALL OUT A "CUSTOM NOTCHED
 6" ALUM. RACEWAY".
  
 4) THE BOTTOM OF THE SIGN SHALL HAVE A MINIMUM OF EIGHT
 (8) FEET OF CLEARANCE FROM THE GRADE OF THE PEDESTRIAN
 WALKWAY. PLEASE PROVIDE VERIFICATION THAT THIS STANDARD
 IS MET.
  
 5) EXPOSED ELECTRICAL WIRING IS NOT PERMITTED BY THE
 CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN. THE PLANS SHALL CLEARLY
 SHOW HOW THE WIRING WILL BE PROVIDED TO THE SIGN FROM
 ITS SOURCE WITHOUT BEING EXPOSED. THE PROVIDED PLANS DO
 NOT SHOW ANY PENETRATIONS IN THE VERTICAL SUPPORT
 COLUMN TUBING.
