 LOCATION OF THE 2 CONSTRUCTION TRAILERS ON THE LOT. IT
 IS CRITICAL OF THE LOCATION OF THESE CONSTRUCTION
 TRAILERS. THE STATE APPROVED PLANS INDICATE UNDER THE
 STRUCTURAL LIMITATIONS NOTE (F) THIS BUILDING IS NOT
 DESIGNED TO BE LOCATED IN A FLOOD HAZARD AREA. THIS LOT
 IS LOCATED IN AN "A-5" FLOOD ZONE WITH THE BASE FLOOD
 ELEVATION AT 7 FT. AND BY CITY ORDINANCE AN ADDITIONAL
 6 INCH FREE BOARD IS REQUIRED. 107.2.1.3 ADDITIONAL
 DATA. THE BUILDING OFFICIAL MAY REQUIRE DETAILS AND
 OTHER DATA NECESSARY TO DESCRIBE THE CONSTRUCTION OR
 INSTALLATION AND THE BASIS OF CALCULATIONS. ALL
 DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS AND ACCOMPANYING DATA REQUIRED

 4.2.1* SEPARATION DISTANCES BETWEEN BUILDINGS UNDER
 CONSTRUCTION AND CONSTRUCTION-RELATED STRUCTURES, SUCH
 AS TEMPORARY OFFICES, TRAILERS, SHEDS, AND OTHER
 FACILITIES FOR THE STORAGE OF TOOLS AND MATERIALS
 HAVING COMBUSTIBLE CONSTRUCTION OR
 CONTENTS, SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH TABLE 4.2.1.
  
 PER THE NOTE OF THE TABLE, (2) A 75 PERCENT REDUCTION
 IN SEPARATION DISTANCES SHALL BE PERMITTED TO BE
 APPLIED, PROVIDED AUTOMATIC SPRINKLER PROTECTION IS

 THE APPENDIX EXPLANATION ON THIS READS: A.4.2.2 WHERE
 LOCATED 9M(30 FT) OR MORE FROM THE STRUCTURE AND
 CONSTRUCTED OF COMBUSTIBLE MATERIALS, IT IS RECOMMENDED
 THAT TEMPORARY SUPPORT BUILDINGS BE DIVIDED INTO SMALL,
 DETACHED UNITS TO MINIMIZE FIRE LOSS. LARGE
 CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT COMPLEXES SHOULD BE PROTECTED WITH
 ADEQUATE FIRE PROTECTION (E.G., AUTOMATIC SPRINKLERS,
 YARD HYDRANTS, HOSE, AND EXTINGUISHERS) AS REQUIRED BY
 THE AUTHORITY HAVING JURISDICTION.
  
 A FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM SHALL BE PROVIDED TO THESE
 TEMPORAY TRAILERS PER THE ABOVE CODE REFERNCES. SHOULD
 THE DESIGN PROVE ADEQUATE A 13D SYSTEM CAN BE
 CONSIDERED.
  
 PROVIDE A LETTER OF INTENT TO INSTALL A FIRE SPRINKLER
 SYSTEM AND SHOP DRAWINGS THAT WILL BE ATTACHED TO THE
 SUBMITTAL AS PROVISO WILL BE SUFFICIENT TO PASS THIS
 PLAN.
