 1. THE APPLICABLE CODE IS THE 5TH EDITION OF THE 2014
 FBC-R. CORRECT NOTE ACCORDINGLY.
 2. FBC-RE4101.5/NEC 422.31(B) YOU SHALL PROVIDE A
 DISCONNECT FOR THE WATER HEATER OR MAKE A NOTE AS TO
 THE MODE OF COMPLIANCE.
 3. FBC-RE3901.7/NEC 210.52(E)(3) REQUIRES THAT THERE BE
 AN OUTLET WITHIN THE PERIMETER OF THE BALCONY.
 4. FBC-RE3903.4/NEC 210.70(3) REQUIRES THAT THERE BE AT
 LEAST ONE SWITCH FOR THE ATTIC LIGHT AT THE POINT OF
 ENTRY, (IN THE INTEREST OF ENERGY CONSERVATION MAY I
 SUGGEST THE SWITCH HAVE A PILOT LIGHT AND BE OUTSIDE
 THE ATTIC ON A WALL VISIBLE TO THE OCCUPANTS). THIS
 DOES AWAY WITH THE PULL CHAIN AS THE SINGLE SWITCH.
 FURTHERMORE, THE ACTUAL LUMINAIRE SHALL CLOSE TO THE
 EQUIPMENT.
 5. FBC-RE4003.2/NEC 410.11 REQUIRES THAT LUMINAIRES
 NEAR COMBUSTIBLE MATERIALS HAVE A GUARD AROUND THE LAMP
 TO PREVENT CONTACT GREATER THAN 90 DEGREES. THIS
 ELIMINATES THE EXPOSED LAMP PULL CHAIN FIXTURE IN THE
 ATTIC.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING, FOR A QUICKER RETURN ON YOUR
 RE-SUBMITTAL, PLEASE PROVIDE A RESPONSE LETTER
 (NARRATIVE) ADDRESSING EACH ITEM AND THE PAGE NUMBER
 WHERE THE CORRECTIONS APPEAR ALONG WITH THE STANDARD
 CITY RE-SUBMITTAL FORM. ADDITIONALLY, PLEASE INSERT
 CORRECTED PAGES INTO THE SUBMITTAL PACKAGE. MARK VOID
 AND LEAVE THE PREVIOUSLY REVIEWED SHEETS FOR
 COMPARATIVE REVIEW. CLOUDING THE CHANGES WILL BE
