 IS ALSO A SHEET FOR A NON-ILLUMINATED SIGN THAT APPEARS
 TO BE INSIDE THE ARCADE. IF THE PERMIT DOES NOT INCLUDE
 THE INTERIOR SIGN, THEN THIS SHEET SHALL BE REMOVED
 FROM THE PERMIT PACKAGE. IF IT IS INCLUDED, THE PERMIT
 VALUE SHALL BE INCREASED ACCORDINGLY.
