 ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND
 SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) SHEET A-2.0 THE NEW GYM DOOR DOORS ARE SHOWN ON THE
 PLANS BUT THERE IS NO MENTION OF PANIC HARDWARE. THE
 GYM HAS APPROXIMATELY 1276 SQ. FEET IN THE ROOM. IF
 THERE IS EQUIPMENT IN THE GYM THE OCCUPANT LOAD WOULD
 BE 26. IF THERE IS NO EQUIPMENT IN THE ROOM THE
 OCCUPANT LOAD WOULD BE 85 REQUIRING PANIC OR
 FIRE EXIT HARDWARE. SEE THE 2014 FBC-B 1008.1.10 PANIC
 AND FIRE EXIT HARDWARE. DOORS SERVING A GROUP H
 OCCUPANCY AND DOORS SERVING ROOMS OR SPACES WITH AN
 OCCUPANT LOAD OF 50 OR MORE IN A GROUP A OR E OCCUPANCY
 SHALL NOT BE PROVIDED WITH A LATCH OR LOCK UNLESS IT IS
 PANIC HARDWARE OR FIRE EXIT HARDWARE.
  
 2) SHEET A-2.0 & A-3-0. THE SECOND ISSUE PLEASE PROVIDE
 AN ACCESSIBLE COAT HOOK INCOMPLIANCE WITH 2014
 FBC-ACCESS. CODE 803.5 COAT HOOKS AND SHELVES. COAT
 HOOKS PROVIDED WITHIN THE ROOM SHALL BE LOCATED WITHIN
 ONE OF THE REACH RANGES SPECIFIED IN 308. SHELVES SHALL
 BE 40 INCHES (1015 MM) MINIMUM AND 48 INCHES (1220 MM)
 MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR OR GROUND.

 1) PROVIDE A LIST OF CURRENT CODES AND STANDARDS USED
 IN THE DESIGN OF THE PROJECT- SECTION 101.2 FBC-14
 BUILDING.
  
 2) PROVIDE THE LEVEL OF ALTERATION PER CHAPTER 5 FBC-14
 EXISTING BUILDING.
  
 3) REFER TO SECTION 809.2 FBC-14 EXISTING BUILDING CODE
 AND PROVIDE MINIMUM VENTILATION CALCULATIONS FOR ALL
 ROOMS AND SPACES PER TABLE 403.3 FBC-14 MECHANICAL.
 PROVIDE A TABLE ON THE PLAN INDICATING THE REQUIRED AND
 PROVIDED CFMS OF OUTDOOR AIR FOR THE NEW LOCKER ROOMS.
  
 4) IN ACCORDANCE WITH TABLE 403.3 THE LOCKERS ROOMS
 MUST HAVE EXHAUST VENTILATION RATES OF .25 CFM'S PER
 SQUARE FOOT. PROVIDE EXHAUST CALCULATIONS ON THE PLAN
 FOR BOTH THE LOCKER ROOMS AND THE MEN'S AND WOMEN'S
 BATHROOMS. IT APPEARS THAT NO EXHAUST SYSTEM HAS BEEN
 PROVIDED FOR THE LOCKER ROOMS- PLEASE REVISE THE PLANS
 TO MEET COMPLIANCE, AND SEE FOOTNOTE G CONCERNING THE
 TRANSFER DUCTS: THE TRANSFER CFM'S SHALL NOT EXCEED 10%
 OF THE AIR IN THE LOCKER AND BATHROOM SPACES.
