 1) PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CITY APPROVED PLANS ON FILE ARE
 BY ARCHITECT BERNARD JONES. PLEASE PROVIDE A LETTER
 FROM THE ENGINEER THAT HE IS GOING TO BE THE DESIGNER
 OF RECORD FOR THE PROJECT, TAKING OVER THE PROJECT
 SINCE THERE WAS A ARCHITECT BEFORE.
  
 2) SHEET S1 AND S2 THERE APPEARS TO BE A DISCREPANCY IN
 THE RAMP THAT IS IN FRONT OF THE VIP AREA. AS DRAWN
 THERE SHOULD BE ANOTHER EITHER SET OF STAIRS OR RAMP. I
 BELIEVE THE RAMP IS SUPPOSE TO TIE INTO THE VIP
 PLATFORM FOR THE ACCESSIBLE ENTRY/ EXIT. 2010
 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE 402.2 COMPONENTS.
 ACCESSIBLE ROUTES SHALL CONSIST OF ONE OR MORE OF THE
 FOLLOWING COMPONENTS: WALKING SURFACES WITH A RUNNING
 SLOPE NOT STEEPER THAN 1:20, DOORWAYS, RAMPS, CURB
 RAMPS EXCLUDING THE FLARED SIDES, ELEVATORS, AND
 PLATFORM LIFTS. ALL COMPONENTS OF AN ACCESSIBLE ROUTE
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE APPLICABLE REQUIREMENTS OF
 CHAPTER 4 AND 208.3.1.
