 CORRECTIONS REQUIRED:
 1. NEC 404.2(C). WHERE SWITCHES CONTROLLING LIGHTING
 LOADS SUPPLIED BY A GROUNDED BRANCH CIRCUIT, THE
 GROUNDED BRANCH CIRCUIT CONDUCTOR FOR THE CONTROLLED
 LIGHTING CIRCUIT SHALL BE PROVIDED AT THE SWITCH.
 2. SHOW FIXED APPLIANCE CIRCUITS ON THE PANEL SCHEDULE
 AND INCLUDE THEM INTO THE LOAD CALCS.
 3. NEC 210.52(E)(1) REQUIRES THAT THERE BE A GFCI
 PROTECTED OUTLET IN THE FRONT AND REAR OF EVERY
 DWELLING UNIT WITH GRADE LEVEL ACCESS.
 4. NEC 210.52(D) BATHROOMS. IN DWELLING UNITS, AT LEAST
 ONE RECEPTACLE OUTLET SHALL BE INSTALLED IN BATHROOMS
 WITHIN 3 FT. OF THE OUTSIDE EDGE OF EACH BASIN. OUTLET
 IS MISSING IN THE DOWNSTAIRS BATHROOM.
 5. NEC 210.52 (A)(1) SPACING. RECEPTACLES SHALL BE
 INSTALLED SUCH THAT NO POINT MEASURED HORIZONTALLY
 ALONG THE FLOOR LINE IN ANY WALL SPACE IS MORE THAN 6
 FT. FROM A RECEPTACLE OUTLET. THIS INCLUDES THE
 DISTANCE FROM THE EDGE OF THE WALL. OUTLETS MISSING IN
 KITCHEN WALL; OUTLET SPACING ON GREAT ROOM WALLS;
 MASTER BEDROOM; BEDROOM 2; WALL BENEATH ELECTRICAL
 PANEL, THE GREAT ROOM WALL TO KITCHEN IS 25?; BY CODE
 IT SHOULD HAVE 3 OUTLETS NOT 2, ALSO CHECK FRONT WALL
 WHICH HAS 18? BETWEEN OUTLETS.
 6. NEC 210.52 (A)(2) WALL SPACE. ANY WALL SPACE 2 FT.
 OR MORE IN WIDTH SHALL REQUIRE A RECEPTACLE. THERE ARE
 OUTLETS MISSING IN THE GREAT ROOM AND BEDROOM 4
 7. PROVIDE MANUFACTURER SPECS FOR THE TANKLESS WATER
 HEATERS. 13KW IS NOT TO BE PROTECTED OR WIRED AS
 INDICATED ON PANEL SCHEDULE. CORRECT ACCORDINGLY AND
 ADJUST LOAD CALCS IF NECESSARY.
 8. PER NEC 422.31(B) A DISCONNECT IS REQUIRED FOR THE
 TANKLESS WATER HEATERS.
 9. THE LOAD CALCS AND PANEL SCHEDULE DO NOT MATCH.
 INCLUDE THE SECOND HVAC UNIT ON PANEL SCHEDULE AND
 ADJUST THE LOAD CALCS CORRECTLY.
 10. NEC 110.33(B) A PERMANENT LADDER OR STAIRWAY SHALL
 BE PROVIDED TO GIVE SAFE ACCESS TO THE WORKING SPACE
 AROUND ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT INSTALLED ON PLATFORMS,
 BALCONIES, OR MEZZANINE FLOORS OR IN ATTIC OR ROOF
 ROOMS? SPACES. ELSEWHERE IN THE CODE YOU ARE REQUIRED
 TO PROVIDE A LIGHT SWITCHED AT THE ENTRANCE TO THE
 ATTIC THAT ILLUMINATES THE EQUIPMENT IN QUESTION AND A
 GFI OUTLET WITHIN READY ACCESS.
 11. NEC 314.27(D) PADDLE FANS. BOXES USED FOR THE SOLE
 SUPPORT OF CEILING FANS SHALL BE MARKED BY THE
 MANUFACTURER AS SUITABLE FOR THE PURPOSE, AND INDICATE
 THE WEIGHT LIMITATIONS BUT SHALL NOT BE USED TO SUPPORT
 PADDLE FANS HEAVIER THAN 70 LBS.
 12. NEC 410.16(B) PROHIBITS THE USE OF THE TRADITIONAL
 PORCELAIN PULL CHAIN FIXTURES IN CLOSETS. USE A
 SUITABLE WALL SWITCHED LUMINARIES.
  
 FOR A BETTER UNDERSTANDING OR INDICATION AS TO THE
