 COMPLIANCE WITH 2014 FBC 3105.4.2.1 QUICK REMOVAL OR
 BREAKAWAY FABRIC AT WIND VELOCITIES OF 75 MPH. THE
 INSTRUCTIONS SHOULD INCLUDE A SERIES OF PHOTOGRAPHS.
  
 2) SUBMIT A LETTER OR CONTRACTOR'S FORM SIGNED BY THE
 OWNER (NOT THE TENANT) TO ACKNOWLEDGE THEIR
 RESPONSIBILITY TO HAVE THE AWNING FABRIC REMOVED PRIOR
 TO ANY WIND EVENT WITH PROJECTED WIND SPEEDS OF 75 MPH
 OR GREATER. THE LETTER/FORM MUST BE SIGNED BY THE OWNER
 BUT IT NEED NOT BE NOTARIZED.
