 APPROVED ASSEMBLY FROM FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL
 FL16709-R2 WAS INSTALLED (THERE ARE 5 SYSTEMS W-1 THRU
 W-5). AND, SPECIFY WHICH BASE SHEET FASTENING SPACING
 WAS INSTALLED FOR THE PERIMETER AND CORNER AREAS. NOTE:

 DRAWINGS. THOUGH THE RISER DIAGRAM HAS BEEN REVISED TO
 INDICATE A SINGLE METER, THE ELECTRICAL PANELS
 REFERENCED ARE NOT SHOWN ON THE FLOOR PLANS. YOU
 SUBMITTED LOAD CALCS FOR A 150 AMP PANEL NOT SHOWN ON
 THE RISER DIAGRAM. THE RISER DIAGRAM IS INDICATED TO BE
 300 AMP WITH A 200 AMP RATED CONDUCTOR.
 YOU NEED TO SUBMIT A SITE SPECIFIC RISER DIAGRAM AS
 INDICATED IN NEC 215.5.
 THE ELECTRICAL OUTLETS AND LIGHTING AS SHOWN ON THE
 FLOOR PLAN FOR BLDG. 1 FAIL TO MEET MINIMUM CODE
 REQUIREMENTS AS WELL. VERIFY OUTLET SPACING AS
 INDICATED IN NEC 210.52. PLEASE REMEMBER TO PROVIDE
 PROPER ILLUMINATION ABOUT THE ELECTRICAL PANEL.

 PROVIDED AND INCLUDED IN THE LOAD CALCS AND INCLUDED IN
 THE PANEL SCHEDULE.
 FBC-E SECTION 404.1 REQUIRES THAT A MINIMUM OF 50% OF
 THE LAMPS IN PERMANENTLY INSTALLED LIGHTING FIXTURES
 SHALL BE HIGH-EFFICACY LAMPS.
