 PROVIDE A BLOCK NOTE INDICATING THE REQUIRED SEPARATE
 PERMITS AND DATA CUT SHEET SUBMITTALS FOR ALL LOW
 VOLTAGE SYSTEMS TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO FIRE
 ALARM, ACCESS CONTROLS, CCTV, PHONE AND DATA. A NOTE
 WILL SUFFICE. FBC 107
 2. AN ELECTRICAL PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THIS
 PROJECT. ALTHOUGH THE SCOPE OF WORK SAYS NO ELECTRICAL,
 THE CHANGE IN OCCUPANCY TO A CHIROPRACTIC OFFICE
 REQUIRES THE ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION TO BE IN
 CONFORMANCE WITH THE NFPA 70 NEC 2011 ARTICLE 517. ALSO

 3. THE EXAMINATION AREAS WHERE HUMAN BEINGS WILL COME
 IN CONTACT WITH EXAMINATION EQUIPMENT MUST BE WIRED IN

 4. GFCI PROTECTION IS REQUIRED FOR RECEPTACLE OUTLET
 SERVING ANY HYDRO MESSAGE EQUIPMENT AS SHOWN ON
 DRAWING. NEC 680- PART VI. CLARIFY WHAT TYPE OF
 EQUIPMENT IS BEING USED.
 5. IF A DRINKING FOUNTAIN IS PART OF THE SCOPE SHOW THE
