 TAKEN OWNERSHIP OF THE PLANS, THEY NEED TO PRINT THEIR
 NAME, SIGN THEIR NAME AND LICENSE NUMBER.
 2014 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE W 2014 WEST PALM BEACH
 AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 1,
 ADMINISTRATION 107.2.1 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS. ALL INFORMATION, DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS
 AND ACCOMPANYING DATA SHALL BEAR THE NAME AND SIGNATURE
 OF THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN. (SEE ALSO
 SECTION 107.3.5).
  
 2) IT WOULD APPEAR WHOEVER DREW THE SUBMITTED PLANS IS
 LICENSED AS A ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR AS WELL AS EITHER A
 CGC, OR A CBC SINCE BOTH TRADES ARE SHOWN ON THE PLANS.
 A CONTRACTOR CAN ONLY DRAW PLANS FOR THE TRADE THEY ARE
 LICENSED IN UNDER THE DOLLAR AMOUNT OF $125,000.00 AND
 (ELEC) (B) COMMERCIAL 800 AMPERES OR LESS. 2014 FLORIDA

 SPACES, AND DRYWALL WORK FOR BOTH TENANT SPACES BUT
 ONLY LIST WORK FOR UNIT 126.2014 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE

 5) THE PLAN STATES THE TENANT SEPARATION WALL IS A NEW
 WALL BUT DOES NOT PROVIDE ACUT SECTION THROUGH THE WALL
 INDICATING THE WALL HEIGHT, IF THE DESIGNER IS
 REQUIRING THE WALL TO BE FIRE RATED, TYPE OF CONNECTION
 TO THE TOP OF THE WALL. 708.3 FIRE-RESISTANCE RATING.
 FIRE PARTITIONS SHALL HAVE A FIRERESISTANCE RATING OF
 NOT LESS THAN 1 HOUR.
  
 6) THE DESIGNER OF RECORD ALSO NEEDS TO SHOW COMPLIANCE
 OF HOW THEY ARE GOING TO ACHIEVE CODE COMPLIANCE WITH
 2014 FBC-B 1607.14 INTERIOR WALLS AND PARTITIONS THAT
 EXCEED 6 FEET (1829 MM) IN HEIGHT, INCLUDING THEIR
 FINISH MATERIALS, SHALL HAVE ADEQUATE STRENGTH TO
 RESIST THE LOADS TO WHICH THEY ARE SUBJECTED.
  
 7) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
