 1. PURSUANT TO THE CITY/ASHLEY FURNITURE CPD
 DEVELOPMENT ORDER (RESOLUTION NO. 1-15), SIGNAGE SHALL
 CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE GENERAL COMMERCIAL
 (GC) ZONING DISTRICT IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE XIII OF
 THE CITY?S ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS
 (ZLDRS). AS SUCH, SECTION 94-408(D)(1) PROVIDES THAT
 THERE SHALL BE A MAXIMUM OF ONE (1) WALL SIGN FOR EACH
 INDIVIDUAL BUSINESS OCCUPANT OF THE BUILDING, PLUS TWO
 (2) ADDITIONAL SIGNS. THIS MEANS THAT THE SUBJECT
 BUILDING WOULD BE LIMITED TO A TOTAL OF FOUR (4)
 WALL-MOUNTED SIGNS (2 OCCUPANTS + 2 ADDITIONAL SIGNS).
  
  AS DRAWN, AT LEAST FIVE (5) SIGNS ARE BEING SHOWN (3
 FOR DUNKIN + AT LEAST 2 FOR TIJUANA FLATS). DUNKIN
 DONUTS SHALL BE LIMITED TO TWO (2) WALL-MOUNTED SIGNS,
 OR A SIGNED/NOTARIZED LETTER FROM THE BUILDING OWNER
 SHALL BE PROVIDED INDICATING THAT DUNKIN DONUTS IS TO
 BE PERMITTED THE THREE (3) SIGNS, AND THAT THE OTHER
 OCCUPANT (TIJUANA FLATS) WILL BE LIMITED TO ONE (1)
 WALL-MOUNTED SIGN.
