 HAVE BEEN REVIEWED FOR COMPLIANCE WITH THE EDITION OF
 THE NEC, (NATIONAL ELECTRICAL CODE) AND THE FBC,
 (FLORIDA BUILDING CODE) AS WELL AS THE CITY OF WEST
 PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS IN EFFECT AT THE TIME OF
 SUBMITTAL. BELOW IS A LIST OF THE DEFICIENCIES NOTED.
  
 1. ELECTRICAL SPECIFICATIONS SECTION ON SHEET E0.1
 MISQUOTED FBC-E SECTIONS: FBC-EC405.7.3 VOLTAGE DROP.
 FEEDERS & CUSTOMER OWNED SERVICE CONDUCTORS SHALL BE
 SIZED FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2% VOLTAGE DROP. BRANCH CIRCUITS
 SHALL BE SIZED FOR A MAXIMUM OF 3% VOLTAGE DROP.
 2. TRENCHING FOR FPL CONDUCTORS BETWEEN EXISTING POLE
 AND THE PROPOSED FPL TRANSFORMER, IF UNDER THE SCOPE OF
 THIS PERMIT, AS WELL AS ALL OTHER UNDERGROUND WIRING
 SHALL REMAIN OPEN FOR INSPECTION UNLESS PRIOR
 ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE WITH ELECTRICAL INSPECTOR, OR RUN
 VIA DIRECT BORING. SHEET E2.1
 3. FBC 1006.1 MEANS OF EGRESS ILLUMINATION REQUIRED.
 THE MEANS OF EGRESS, INCLUDING THE EXIT DISCHARGE,
 SHALL BE ILLUMINATED AT ALL TIMES THE BUILDING SPACE
 SERVED BY THE MEANS OF EGRESS ARE OCCUPIED. SHEET E2.1
 4. THE SERVICE RACK SHALL BE GUARDED AGAINST PHYSICAL
 DAMAGE AS INDICATED IN NEC 110.27(B). SHEET E2.1
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING, FOR A QUICKER RETURN ON YOUR
 RE-SUBMITTAL, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A RESPONSE
 LETTER (NARRATIVE) ADDRESSING EACH ITEM ALONG WITH THE
 STANDARD CITY RE-SUBMITTAL FORM. ADDITIONALLY, PLEASE
 INSERT CORRECTED PAGES INTO THE SUBMITTAL AND LEAVE THE
 PREVIOUSLY REVIEWED SHEETS FOR COMPARISON.
