 1) THE SUBMITTED SPRAY BOOTH PLAN SHEET 1-1 SHALL BEAR
 THE TITLE BLOCK, AND SIGNATURE AND SEAL OF A FLORIDA
 LICENSED ENGINEER PER SECTION 105.3.1.2 WPB AMENDMENTS
 TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE- 2014.
 2) REFER TO SECTION 107.2 WPB AMENDMENTS AND SUBMIT
 LEGIBLE DIMENSIONED DRAWINGS AT MINIMUM 1/8" SCALE THAT
 DEPICT THE ENTIRE PROPOSED COMPLETE PROJECT INCLUDING:
 A) THE REQUIRED MINIMUM 3' SEPARATION DISTANCE FROM THE
 BOOTH TO A 1HR. FIRE RATED WALL- SECTION 5.3 NFPA 33.
 B) A POSITIVE MECHANICAL VENTILATION PROVIDING A
 MINIMUM OF SIX COMPLETE AIR CHANGES PER HOUR- SECTION
 502.7.2 FBC-14 MECHANICAL. CLARIFY HOW MAKE-UP AIR IS
 BEING PROVIDED AND SHOW CALCULATIONS.
 C) NOTES AND DETAILS INDICATING HOW THE VENTILATION
 SYSTEM WILL BE KEPT IN OPERATION WHILE SPRAYING
 OPERATIONS ARE BEING CONDUCTED AND FOR SUFFICIENT TIME
 THEREAFTER. PLEASE NOTE THAT SPRAYING EQUIPMENT SHALL
 BE INTERLOCKED WITH THE VENTILATION SYSTEM- INDICATE
 HOW THIS IS BEING ACCOMPLISHED- SECTION 502.7.3.1
 D) AN AIR VELOCITY CALCULATION OVER THE OPEN FACE OF
 THE BOOTH, OR BOOTH CROSS SECTION - SECTION 502.7.3.3.
 E) AN EQUIPMENT SCHEDULE FOR THE EXHAUST FAN AND DETAIL
 SHOWING THE LOCATION OF THE FAN IN RELATION TO THE
 EXHAUST DUCT- SECTION 502.7.3.6
 F) A CROSS SECTION DRAWING OF THE EXHAUST DUCT FROM THE
 BOOTH TO THE TERMINATION CAP ABOVE THE ROOF THAT
 INDICATES THE DUCT DIMENSIONS AND GAUGE OF STEEL, THE
 HEIGHT OF THE DUCT TERMINATION CAP ABOVE THE ROOF
 SURFACE, AND HOW THE DUCT WILL BE SUPPORTED BELOW AND
 ABOVE THE ROOF. PLEASE NOTE THAT SITE SPECIFIC WIND
 LOAD ENGINEERING IS REQUIRED FOR ALL ROOFTOP MECHANICAL
 EQUIPMENT- SECTION 301.15.
 G) A ROOF DRAWING SHOW THE CLEARANCE DISTANCES FROM THE
 EXHAUST TERMINATION CAP AS OUTLINED IN SECTION 501.3.1
 ITEM #1) FOR DUCTS CONVEYING EXPLOSIVE OR FLAMMABLE
 VAPORS, FUMES OR DUSTS: 30 FEET (9144 MM) FROM PROPERTY
 LINES; 10 FEET (3048 MM) FROM OPERABLE OPENINGS INTO
 BUILDINGS; 6 FEET (1829 MM) FROM EXTERIOR WALLS AND
 ROOFS; 30 FEET (9144 MM) FROM COMBUSTIBLE WALLS AND
 OPERABLE OPENINGS INTO BUILDINGS WHICH ARE IN THE
 DIRECTION OF THE EXHAUST DISCHARGE; 10 FEET (3048 MM)
 ABOVE ADJOINING GRADE.
 3) PROVIDE EQUIPMENT SCHEDULES FOR THE PAINT SPRAYERS
 AND COMPRESSOR, AND A PIPING PLAN THAT INDICATES THE
 TYPE OF PIPING, THE PIPING RUNS, AND HOW THE PIPE WILL
 BE SUPPORTED- SECTION 8.4 NFPA 33
 4) SHOW ON THE PLAN WHERE PAINT OR FINISH MATERIALS
 WILL BE STORED, THE QUANTITIES BEING STORED, AND HOW IT
 IS TO BE STORED- REFER TO SECTION 8.1 NFPA 33,
 5) CLARIFY IF A MIXING ROOM OR AREA WILL BE PROVIDED
 AND HOW IT WILL BE VENTILATED- SECTION 8.3 NFPA 33.
