2015-10-21 10:28:52YOU SHALL SUBMIT AT A MINIMUM AN ELECTRICAL FLOOR PLAN
 SHOWING THE LOCATION OF THE PROPOSED WASHER & DRYER.
 HAVING DONE WORK INSIDE THE BATHROOM WILL REQUIRE THAT
 IT BE TO CODE AS WELL, MEANING THAT THERE HAS TO BE A
 GFCI PROTECTED OUTLET WITHIN 3' OF THE SINK AND THERE
 HAS TO BE A LIGHT WITH A WALL SWITCH FOR THE BATHROOM.
 THE CODE REQUIRES THAT WHEN YOU PLACE ADDITIONAL LOADS
 TO AN EXISTING PANEL THAT YOU PROVIDE LOAD CALCS AND A
 PANEL SCHEDULE. IN ADDITION TO THAT, THE HOME WILL HAVE
 TO BE MADE COMPLIANT TO SMOKE DETECTOR REQUIREMENTS IF
 IT ALREADY IS NOT IN COMPLIANCE.
