2015-09-02 07:02:291) THE GAS SHALL BE SUBMITTED AS A SEPARATE PERMIT.
 SUBMIT A SEPARATE GAS APPLICATION AND TWO SETS OF PLANS
 FOR REVIEW. THE GAS RISER SHALL SHOW ALL PIPE SIZES,
 PSI OF THE SYSTEM, DEVELOPED LENGTH TO FURTHEST OUTLET,
 TOTAL BTU LOAD ON THE SYSTEM, TYPE OF PIPE, TYPE OF GAS
 APPLIANCES, ETC. SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF MANUFACTURER'S
 SPECIFICATIONS THAT SHOW THAT THE TANKLESS WATER HEATER
 IS LISTED AND LABELED AS REQUIRED BY 2014
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL SEC. G2404.3. THE SPECS THAT WERE
 SUBMITTED WITH THIS PERMIT DO NOT SHOW THAT THE UNIT IS
 LISTED AND LABELED. WPB AMEND. TO FBC SEC. 107.3.5.3.
 2) CLARIFY NOTE #1 "SEWER TO RUN TO NEXT DWELLING AT
 LATER DATE." THE SEWER CANNOT RUN ACROSS ADJACENT
 PROPERTY LINES WITHOUT A RECORDED UTILITY EASEMENT.
 3) SUBMIT A SANITARY RISER TO SHOW HOW THE SANITARY
 LINES WILL BE INSTALLED. THE FLAT DRAWING IS CONFUSING
 AND UNCLEAR. WPB AMEND. TO FBC SEC. 107.2.1.
 4) CLEARLY INDICATE HOW THE SANITARY LINES WILL BE RUN
 TO THE BATHROOM. WILL ANY TUNNELING UNDER THE HOUSE
 SLAB BE REQUIRED? IF SO, THE FOLLOWING SHALL BE
 REQUIRED:
 PLUMBING REPAIR TUNNEL WORK
 A CLEAR AND LEGIBLE SANITARY RISER DIAGRAM SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED SHOWING ALL PIPE SIZES, CONNECTION POINTS TO
 EXISTING PIPING, HOW THE NEW PIPE WILL BE SUPPORTED,
 THE TYPE OF ADAPTERS USED FOR THE CONNECTIONS TO
 EXISTING PIPE, AND THE LOCATIONS OF REQUIRED CLEANOUTS.
 DETAILS AND BACKFILLING PROCEDURES SHALL BE SUBMITTED
 THAT CLEARLY SHOW HOW THE STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY OF THE
 CONCRETE SLAB WILL BE MAINTAINED DURING EXCAVATION AND
 BACKFILLING. STRUCTURAL FOAM IS NOT PERMITTED BELOW
 GROUND PER THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, RESIDENTIAL,
 SECTION 318 AND THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING,
 SECTION 2603.8.
 5) A CLEANOUT IS REQUIRED AT THE SEWER CONNECTION TO
 THE CITY LATERAL.
 6) SHOW THE LOCATION OF THE WATER METER ON THE PLAN.
