 1 ) 2ND REQUEST FOR AC LOAD CALCULATIONS. REFER TO
 COMMENT #1 FROM 1ST REVIEW: SECTION C403.2.1 FBC-14
 ENERGY CONSERVATION: CALCULATION OF HEATING AND COOLING
 LOADS.
 DESIGN LOADS SHALL BE DETERMINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
 PROCEDURES DESCRIBED IN THE ASHRAE/ACCA STANDARD 183 OR
 ACCA MANUAL N AND SHALL BE ATTACHED TO THE CODE
 COMPLIANCE FORM SUBMITTED TO THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT
 WHEN THE BUILDING IS PERMITTED OR, IN THE EVENT THE
 MECHANICAL PERMIT IS OBTAINED AT A LATER TIME, THE
 SIZING CALCULATION SHALL BE SUBMITTED WITH THE
 APPLICATION FOR THE MECHANICAL PERMIT. HEATING AND
 COOLING LOADS SHALL BE ADJUSTED TO ACCOUNT FOR LOAD
 REDUCTIONS THAT ARE ACHIEVED WHEN ENERGY RECOVERY
 SYSTEMS ARE UTILIZED IN THE HVAC SYSTEM IN ACCORDANCE
 WITH THE ASHRAEHVAC SYSTEMS AND EQUIPMENT HANDBOOK.
 ALTERNATIVELY, DESIGN LOADS SHALL BE DETERMINED BY AN
 APPROVED EQUIVALENT COMPUTATION PROCEDURE, USING THE
 DESIGN PARAMETERS SPECIFIED IN CHAPTER 3.
 2) 2ND REQUEST FOR CONDENSER TIE-DOWN ENGINEERING.
 PROVIDE STRUCTURAL DETAILS FOR THE INSTALLATION OF THE
 CONDENSER PAD, AND WIND LOAD-TIE DOWN ENGINEERING FOR
 MOUNTING THE CONDENSER TO THE PAD- SECTION 301.15
