 PLEASE CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING AS PROVISO:
  
 1) THE NATURE OF THE REMODEL REQUIRES AN EVALUATION OF
 THE FIRE ALARM AND SPRINKLER SYSTEM FOR CODE COVERAGE
 AND COMPLIANCE. ANY REMOVAL AND/OR CONSTRUCTION OF
 WALLS REQUIRES AN EVALUATION.
 THE LIFE SAFETY SYSTEMS, FIRE ALARM AND/OR FIRE
 SPRINKLER SHALL REMAIN ACTIVE THROUGHOUT THE
 CONSTRUCTION PERIOD.
 ANY AND ALL WORK ON THE FIRE ALARM AND FIRE SPRINKLER
 SYSTEMS SHALL BE DONE UNDER SEPARATE SHOP DRAWINGS AND
 BY CERTIFIED LIFE SAFETY CONTRACTORS.
 ANY TIME THAT WORK ON THE LIFE SAFETY SYSTEMS,
 SPRINKLER AND/OR FIRE ALARM, EXCEEDS 4 HOURS, A FIRE
 WATCH SHALL BE IMPLEMENTED AND MAINTAINED UNTIL FULL
 AND COMPLETE PROTECTION IS RETURNED.
  
 2) CAREFUL ATTENTION IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED IN THE
 DESIGN AND PLACEMENT OF CEILING MOUNTED ELECRTICAL
 EQUIPMENT AND THE DESIGN AND PLACEMENT OF SPRINKLER
 HEADS. SPRINKLER HEADS SHALL NOT BE OBSTRUCTED BY

 INDICATE 475 CFM'S IN COMPLIANCE WITH TABLE 403.3
 FBC-14 MECHANICAL. THE TABLE INDICATES AN OCCUPANT
 DENSITY OF 70 PERSONS PER 1000 SQ. FT. (.07 X 360 SQ.
 FT.= 26 PERSONS) X 10 CFM EACH = 260 CFM + 215 CFM =
 475 CFM. PLEASE REVISE THE TABLE AND THE RTU SCHEDULE,
 AND PLACE DIMENSIONS ON THE FLOOR PLANS SO SQUARE
 FOOTAGE CALCULATIONS CAN BE VERIFIED.
