 THE PLAN PROPOSES TWO NEW SIGNS, PIN MOUNT LETTERS.
 EITHER PROVIDE A PLAN CONSISTENT WITH THE APPLICATION

 2. ENGINEER'S SEAL IS NOT ONE WHICH IS ACCEPTABLE TO
