 1. PROPERTY OWNER SENT PHOTOS WHICH I WAS TO REVIEW
 WHEN PLANS WERE RESUBMITTED. DUE TO THE LENGTH OF TIME
 SINCE THE PHOTOGRAPHS WERE SENT (TWO MONTHS), I NO
 LONGER HAVE THAT EMAIL.
  
 HOWEVER, BASED ON AERIALS, IT IS CLEAR THAT SOMETIME
 AFTER DECEMBER 2010, THE EAST AND SOUTH PARKING AREAS
 WERE SEALCOATED AND RESTRIPED, AND NO ACCESSIBLE
 PARKING WAS INSTALLED AS REQUIRED. INCORPORATE PARKING
 STRIPING INTO THE PLAN. ACCESSIBLE PARKING ON AN
 ACCESSIBLE ROUTE IS REQUIRED.
  
 2. PLAN SUBMITTED APPEARS REDUCED AND IS DIFFICULT TO
 READ. PROVIDE A FULL SIZE PLAN, FBC 107.FOR INSTANCE,
 LOOK AT THE TOP RIGHT; TITLE BLOCK, REVISION NUMBERS
 ARE NOT LEGIBLE. THE REMAINDER OF THE PAGE IS VERY
 SMALL AND DIFFICULT TO READ.
  
 3. DOCUMENTS PREPARED BY AN ARCHITECT AND SUBMITTED FOR
 PUBLIC RECORD ARE TO BE SIGNED, SEALED, DATED ORIGINALS
 FS481. B2STUDIO APPEARS TO BE AN ARCHITECTURAL FIRM.
  
 4. RAMPS ARE TO HAVE LANDINGS AT THE TOP AND BOTTOM OF
 THE RAMP RUN, FBC 5TH EDITION ACCESSIBILITY 405.7.
 DETAIL 3 SHOWS A LANDING AT THE TOP, DETAIL 2 IS CALLED
 A RAMP DETAIL BUT DOES NOT SHOW LANDINGS AND SLOPE
 APPEARS MINIMAL. SPEC SLOPE ON PLAN.
  
 5. A 1/2" ELEVATION DIFFERENCE IS SHOWN AT WHAT APPEARS
 TO BE DOORWAYS (ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCES/EXITS). REVISE
 PLAN TO SHOW DOORS, DOOR SWING, MANEUVERING CLEARANCE
 FBC 5TH EDITION ACCESSIBILITY 305.7.
  
 6. "ADA ROUTE" IS SHOWN AS 4', NO WIDTH DIMENSION
 PROVIDED FOR WHAT APPEARS TO BE SIDEWALKS LEADING TO
 ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCES/EXITS.
  
 7. AS ADVISED, SEE COMMENT #1, REVISE PLAN TO
 INCORPORATE SEALCOATING AND STRIPING INTO THIS PLAN OR
 SUBMIT A SEPARATE APPLICATION. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY
 RESULT IN A VIOLATION ISSUED WITH 4X PERMIT FINE
 ASSESSED.
