 PLEASE ADDRESS THE ITEMS NOTED BELOW:
  
 1) IT APPEARS THAT THE AHU IS LOCATED IN THE ATTIC.
 SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FBC-R - M1305.1.3 ATTICS
 CONTAINING APPLIANCES SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH AN OPENING
 AND A CLEAR AND UNOBSTRUCTED PASSAGEWAY LARGE ENOUGH TO
 ALLOW REMOVAL OF THE LARGEST APPLIANCE, BUT NOT LESS
 THAN 30 INCHES (762 MM) HIGH AND 22 INCHES (559 MM)
 WIDE AND NOT MORE THAN 6 FEET (1829 MM) LONG MEASURED
 ALONG THE CENTERLINE OF THE PASSAGEWAY FROM THE OPENING
 TO THE APPLIANCE. THE PASSAGEWAY SHALL HAVE CONTINUOUS
 SOLID FLOORING IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 5 NOT LESS
 THAN 24 INCHES (610 MM) WIDE. A LEVEL SERVICE SPACE AT
 LEAST 30 INCHES (762 MM) DEEP AND 30 INCHES (762 MM)
 WIDE SHALL BE PRESENT ALONG ALL SIDES OF THE APPLIANCE
 WHERE ACCESS IS REQUIRED. THE CLEAR ACCESS OPENING
 DIMENSIONS SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF 20 INCHES BY 30 INCHES
 (508 MM BY 762 MM), AND LARGE ENOUGH TO ALLOW REMOVAL
 OF THE LARGEST APPLIANCE.
  
 2) FBC ENERGY CONSERVATION R403.2.4
 AIR-HANDLING UNITS SHALL BE ALLOWED IN ATTICS IF THE
 FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ARE MET:
 1. THE SERVICE PANEL OF THE EQUIPMENT IS LOCATED WITHIN
 6 FEET (1829 MM) OF AN ATTIC ACCESS.
 2. A DEVICE IS INSTALLED TO ALERT THE OWNER OR SHUT THE
 UNIT DOWN WHEN THE CONDENSATION DRAIN IS NOT WORKING
 PROPERLY.
 3. THE ATTIC ACCESS OPENING IS OF SUFFICIENT SIZE TO
 REPLACE THE AIR HANDLER.
 4. A NOTICE IS POSTED ON THE ELECTRIC SERVICE PANEL
 INDICATING TO THE HOMEOWNER THAT THE AIR HANDLER IS
 LOCATED IN THE ATTIC.
  
 3) FBC-R - M1305.1.3.1 ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS. A
 LUMINAIRE CONTROLLED BY A SWITCH LOCATED AT THE
 REQUIRED PASSAGEWAY OPENING AND A RECEPTACLE OUTLET
 SHALL BE INSTALLED AT OR NEAR THE APPLIANCE LOCATION IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 34.
  
 4) SPECIFY THE SIZE OF THE DUCT THAT SUPPLIES THE FIRST
 FLOOR. SPECIFY THE LOCATION OF THE DUCT CHASE ON THE
 MECHANICAL PLAN. FBC 107.2.1
  
 5) SPECIFY THE GRILL SIZES AND CFMS AT EACH SUPPLY
 OUTLET. FBC 107.3.5.1.4
  
 6) SPECIFY THE CLOTHES DRYER EXHAUST SYSTEM ON THE
 PLANS. FBC - R - M1502
  
 7) FBC - R - M1501.1 SPECIFY THAT THE AIR REMOVED BY
 THE MECHANICAL EXHAUST SYSTEMS SHALL BE DISCHARGED TO
