 ELECTRICAL DISCONNECT. COMMENT RESPONSE FROM CONTRACTOR
 STATES POWER WILL BE REMOVED BACK TO TRANSFORMER. AN
 ELECTRICAL PERMIT WILL BE NEEDED FOR THAT DISCONNECT
 VERIFICATION.
  
 2) F.P.U. MAY NOT HAVE SERVICE TO SITE, BUT
 CONFIRMATION FROM F.P.U. IS STILL REQUIRED FOR DEMO
 PERMIT ISSUANCE.
  
 3) WATER SHOULD BE DISONNECTED BACK TO BACK FLOW
 PREVENTER IF WATER WILL BE KEPT ON SITE. IT SHOULD BE
 CAPPED AS NEAR TO THE PROPERTY LINE AS POSSIBLE. THE
 WATER DEPARTMENT WILL LOCATE AND MARK THE LATERAL IN
 GREEN PAINT WHEN THEY RECEIVE THE REQUEST. THE TURN A
 ROUND PLUMBING PERMIT CAN COMBINE LATERAL CAP
 AND BACK FLOW PREVENTER. THE SEWER LATERAL WILL NEED TO
 BE CAPPED AND INSPECTED PRIOR TO DEMOLITION PERMIT
 BEING ISSUED.

 TWO YELLOW POINCIANAS, FOURTEEN ROYAL PALMS, AND TWO
 MEDJOOL DATE PALMS WILL BE RELOCATED TO LOCATIONS THAT
 WILL BE MARKED BY THE CITY, AND A MAP WILL BE PROVIDED.
 THE TREE RELOCATION CONTRACTOR WILL DELIVER THE
 TRANSPLANT MATERIAL AND COMPLETE THE PLANTING. THE CITY
 WILL COMPLETE THE STAKING OF THE TRANSPLANT TREE OR
 PALM. UPON DELIVERY AND SETTING THE MATERIAL, THE CITY
 WILL ACCEPT FULL OWNERSHIP AND RESPONSIBILITY FOR
 MAINTAINING THE TRANSPLANT MATERIAL. THE TREE
 RELOCATION CONTRACTOR WILL DELIVER AND SET UPRIGHT THE
 2 TREES AND 14 PALMS DURING THE WEEK OF SEPTEMBER
 14-18.
  
 TWO ROYAL PALMS AND ALL OF THE SATAKENTIA PALMS WILL BE
 TRANSPLANTED BY RELATED TO LOCATIONS WITHIN CITYPLACE
 AND AROUND THE CONVENTION CENTER AREA. A LOCATION MAP
 WILL BE PROVIDED BY THE APPLICANT AS PART OF THE TREE
 ALTERATION PERMIT.
  
 FOUR ROYAL PALMS AND SIX YELLOW POINCIANAS WILL BE
 TRANSPLANTED TO THE EAST SIDE OF ALABAMA PER THE
 PROPOSED TREE ALTERATION PERMIT.
  
 IF THE TREE MOVER HIRED BY RELATED HAS A TREE SPADE,
 SIX ADDITIONAL OAK TREES WILL BE MOVED BY TREE SPADE TO
 LOCATIONS PROVIDED ON A MAP BY THE CITY.
  
 THE RELOCATION CONTRACTOR WILL INFORM CITY STAFF OF THE
 RELOCATION TIMES TO ALLOW THE CITY TO HAVE STAFF
 PRESENT DURING THE MOVES SHOULD THE CITY SO DESIRE.
