 PLEASE NOTE THAT PLANS ARE TO BE REVISED TO SHOW CODE
 COMPLIANCE (SEE FBC 107). ISSUES CANNOT BE ADDRESSED
 THROUGH A RESPONSE LETTER AS THAT IS DISCARDED, NOT A
 PART OF THE PERMIT PACKAGE. ALSO COMMENT CANNOT BE
 ADDRESSED WITH VERBAL INFORMATION - FOR INSTANCE, I WAS
 TOLD THAT THE SOUTHWEST BUILDING WAS A PART OF THE OIL
 CHANGE BUSINESS AND HAD NO OFFICE, BUT THE SURVEY AND
 AERIALS SHOW AN OFFICE.
  
 IF QUALIFIER WOULD LIKE TO DISCUSS POSSIBLE
 RESOLUTIONS, PLEASE HAVE QUALIFIER CALL ME TO DISCUSS.
 THIS WAS THIRD SUBMITTAL, SAME INFORMATION SUBMITTED,
 $50 EACH SUBMITTAL.
  
 1. SEE PREVIOUS LIST REGARDING THE TWO ACCESSIBLE
 SPACES ON THE SOUTH END OF THE PARKING LOT. A PATH OF
 TRAVEL IS SHOWN LEADING TO THE RESTAURANT, BUT THIS
 LOCATION IS NOT THE SHORTEST ROUTE.
  
 THE BUILDING IN THE SOUTHWEST PORTION OF THE LOT DOES
 NOT APPEAR TO BE SERVED BY ANY ACCESSIBLE SPACES.
  
 RESPONSE LETTER STATES THAT THIS BUILDING IS FOR STAFF
 ONLY. SURVEY APPEARS TO INCLUDE A NOTE THAT STATES THAT
 THIS BUILDING INCLUDES OFFICE SPACE. RESPONSE LETTER
 STATES THAT "THE BUILDING . . . IS A REPAIR SHOP FOR A
 COMPANY THAT ONLY STORES THEIR WORK VEHICLES FOR
 MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE. THIS AREA IS FOR WORKERS
 ONLY."
  
 AS THERE IS AN OFFICE, IT APPEARS THAT ACCESSIBLE
 PARKING NEEDS TO BE PROVIDED FOR THIS BUILDING (FOR
 STAFF/EMPLOYEES OR FOR VISITORS).

 (PARKING SPACES), 502 (PARKING SPACES), 206 (ACCESSIBLE

 THIS ISSUE HAS BEEN DISCUSSED AT LENGTH WITH KRISTINE
 FROM THE CONTRACTOR'S OFFICE. PLEASE HAVE QUALIFIER
 CALL ME TO DISCUSS OPTIONS FOR RESOLUTION. A REDLINE
 WAS OFFERED IN PREVIOUS PLAN REVIEW, BUT WE WERE UNABLE
 TO OBTAIN RESOLUTION.

 PARKING SPACES COMPLYING WITH 502 THAT SERVE A
 PARTICULAR BUILDING OR FACILITY SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE
 SHORTEST ACCESSIBLE ROUTE FROM PARKING TO AN ENTRANCE
 COMPLYWING WITH 206.4.
  
 WHERE PARKING SERVES MORE THAN ONE ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCE,
 PARKING SPACES COMPLYING WITH 502 SHALL BE DISPERSED
 AND LOCATED ON THE SHORTEST ACCESSIBLE ROUTE TO THE
 ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCES.
  
 SEE ALSO ADVISORY 208.2:
  
 THE NUMBER OF PARKING SPACES REQUIRED TO BE ACCESSIBLE
 IS TO BE CALCULATED SEPARATELY FOR EACH PARKING
 FACILITY; THE REQUIRED NUMBER IS NOT TO BE BASED ON THE
 TOTAL NUMBER OF PARKING SPACES PROVIDED IN ALL OF THE

 SPACES FOR THE OIL CHANGE BUILDING. AT ISSUE IS THE TWO
 ACCESSIBLE SPACES TO THE SOUTH OF THE LOT. BUILDINGS
 WHICH SERVE EMPLOYEES ARE NOT EXEMPT FROM
 ACCESSIBILITY, ONLY FROM VERTICAL ACCESSIBLITY IN VERY
 SPECIFIC CASES.
  
 PLEASE REVISE PLAN TO SHOW COMPLIANCE AND PROVIDE ALL
 INFORMATION REQUIRED. RESPONSE LETTER STATES THAT
 APPLICANT WILL NOT ADD ADDITIONAL SPACES NOR MOVE THE
 NON COMPLIANT SPACES. PLEASE HAVE QUALIFIER CALL ME TO
 DISCUSS CODE COMPLIANT OPTIONS. LEAVING TWO NON
 COMPLIANT SPACES AND ROUTE TO ONE BUILDING WHILE
 LEAVING ANOTHER WITH NO ACCESSIBLE PARKING IS NOT AN
 OPTION. IT APPEARS THAT EASIEST RESOLUTION COULD BE TO
 ELIMINATE THE TWO NON COMPLIANT ACCESSIBLE SPACES AND
 MARKED PATH OF TRAVEL, ADD ONE SPACE ADJACENT TO THE
 GENERAL REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE (WITH OFFICE) BUILDING.

 TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DESIGN IS TO BE INCLUDED
 ON THE PLAN, FBC 107. THE COMPANY NAME IS INCLUDED BUT
