 ENGINEER'S RESPONSE LETTER STATES THAT THIS WAS
 ADDRESSED. I AM UNABLE TO LOCATE THE DIMENSION FROM THE
 PROPOSED STRUCTURE TO THE SOUTH PROPERTY LINE, THE
 BUILDING TO THE NORTH, OR THE PROPERTY LINE TO THE
 WEST. ALSO, IF THE DISTANCE TO THE EXISTING BUILDING IS
 LESS THAN 60', SHOW THE ASSUMED PROPERTY LINE AND
 DISTANCE FROM EACH STRUCTURE TO THE ASSUMED PROPERTY
 LINE, FBC 5TH EDITION 705.3.
  
 2. CONFLICTING INFORMATION PREVENTS PROVIDING AN
 ACCURATE REVIEW AT THIS TIME. OCCUPANCY IS F3, BUT NO
 INFORMATION PROVIDED REGARDING THE FACTORY OPERATIONS
 WHICH ARE TO TAKE PLACE IN THE PROPOSED STRUCTURE. THE
 RESPONSE LETTER FOR FIRE STATES THAT THIS WILL BE
 STORAGE.
  
 THE PLAN IS THE OFFICIAL PERMIT RECORD. PROVIDE MORE
 INFORMATION REGARDING THE FACTORY USE OF THE SPACE,
 MATERIALS TO BE USED, CHEMICALS TO BE STORED, ETC. ALSO
 PROVIDE A PLAN WHICH SHOWS COMPLIANCE WITH FBC
 ACCESSIBILITY OR INCORPORATE APPLICABLE EXCEPTIONS INTO
 THE PLAN.
