 3) PROVIDE STRUCTURAL DETAILS FOR THE 5' MASONRY WALL

 4) SPECIFY THE COMPONENT AND CLADDING DESIGN PRESSURES
 FOR THE 10 : 12 SLOPED AND 1/2" : 12 FLAT ROOF AREAS ON

 5) IDENTIFY THE TYPE OF WINDOW ( SINGLE HUNG, FIXED,
 HORIZONTAL SLIDING, ETC. ) FOR EACH OPENING ON THE
 PLANS. FBC 107.2.1
  
 6) SPECIFY THE SIZES OF THE DOOR SIDELITES AND OF EACH
 WINDOW WHEN MULTIPLES ARE INSTALLED IN ONE OPENING AS
 IN THE FAMILY ROOM. FBC 107.2.1
  
 7) FBC-R 403.1.4, AS WELL AS, THE SOIL REPORT REQUIRES
 THE BOTTOM OF FOOTINGS TO BE A MINIMUM OF 12" BELOW
 FINAL GRADE. DETAIL 1 ON S.03 FOR THE 18" DEEP FOOTING
 WILL NEED TO BE REVISED SO THAT THE 6" ABOVE GRADE IS
 TO THE FINISHED FLOOR RATHER THAN THE 1-1/2" BLOCK
 RECESS.
  
 8) SUBMIT THE MANUFACTURER'S SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE
 OUTDOOR GRILL AND HOOD WHICH INDICATES THAT IT IS
 LISTED FOR USE ON A COVERED PORCH WITH ONLY ONE SIDE
 OPEN TO THE EXTERIOR. FBC-R G2406.1
  
 9) SUBMIT THE CURRENT EVALUATION REPORT FOR THE SPRAY
 FOAM INSULATION THAT WILL BE USED. FBC-R 316
  
 10) SOME OF THE WINDOWS APPEAR TO BE SINGLE HUNG
 WINDOWS AND THERE WAS NOT A PRODUCT APPROVAL SUBMITTED
 FOR THEM. A PRODUCT APPROVAL WAS SUBMITTED FOR
 HORIZONTAL SLIDING WINDOWS (NOA NO.11-1031.04), BUT
 THERE DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE ANY OF THESE. PLEASE
 CLARIFY. DCA RULE 9N-3
  
 11) SPECIFY THE METHOD OF ATTACHMENT FROM THOSE LISTED
 IN NOA NO. 13-0723.05 THAT WILL BE USED TO INSTALL THE
 CONCRETE ROOF TILE AND PROVIDE ADEQUATE RESISTANCE TO
 THE OVERTURN MOMENT. FBC-R 301.2.1 ( NOTE: IF AN
 ADHESIVE WILL BE USED, SUBMIT IT'S PRODUCT APPROVALS.)
  
 12) SPECIFY THE APPROVED ASSEMBLY AND MAXIMUM DESIGN
