 DOES NOT MATCH THAT OF THE PROPERTY APPRAISERS OFFICE.
 THE FLOOR PLAN LIST THIS STRUCTUE AS A CORNER
 TOWNHOUSE, THIS STRUCTURE IS A SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE.
 DISCREPANCY IN PLANS. 107.2.1.3 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
 REQUIRED.
  
 2) THERE IS A OPENING SCHEDULE WITH 1-18 OPENINGS
 LISTED. THE SCHEDULE DOES NOT LIST WHICH OPENING IS A
 WINDOW AND OR DOOR? ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
 THE SECOND ISSUE WITH THE SUBMITTED FLOOR PLAN DOES NOT
 INDICATE THE ROOM USAGE, BEDROOMS AND COMPLIANCE WITH
 2010 FBC-R R310.1 EMERGENCY ESCAPE AND RESCUE REQUIRED.
 R310.1.1 MINIMUM OPENING AREA. ALL EMERGENCY ESCAPE AND
 RESCUE OPENINGS SHALL HAVE A MINIMUM NET CLEAR OPENING
 OF 5.7 SQUARE FEET (0.530 M2).
 EXCEPTION: GRADE FLOOR OPENINGS SHALL HAVE A MINIMUM
 NET CLEAR OPENING OF 5 SQUARE FEET (0.465 M2).
 R310.1.2 MINIMUM OPENING HEIGHT.
 THE MINIMUM NET CLEAR OPENING HEIGHT SHALL BE 24 INCHES
 (610 MM).
 R310.1.3 MINIMUM OPENING WIDTH.
 THE MINIMUM NET CLEAR OPENING WIDTH SHALL BE 20 INCHES
 (508 MM).
