 FIRE MARSHAL, WITH THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 PLEASE CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING AS PROVISO:
  
 THE PROPOSED PROJECT SHALL MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 5TH EDITION OF FLORIDA FIRE PREVENTION CODE INCLUDING
 THE 2012 EDITION OF NFPA 1 AND NFPA 101 AND ALL OTHER
 APPLICABLE CODES OR STANDARDS.
  
 ANY AND ALL WORK ON THE FIRE ALARM AND FIRE SPRINKLER
 SYSTEMS SHALL BE DONE UNDER SEPARATE SHOP DRAWINGS AND
 BY CERTIFIED LIFE SAFETY CONTRACTORS.
  
 ALL KITCHEN EQUIPMENT AND OPERATIONS SHALL COMPLY WITH
 NFPA 96, STANDARD FOR VENTILATION CONTROL AND FIRE
 PROTECTION OF COMMERCIAL COOKING OPERATIONS.
 EXTINGUISHMENT AND VENTILATION SYSTEM SHOP DRAWINGS
 SHALL BE SUBMITTED SEPARATELY FOR APPROVAL.
  
 THE LOBBY OF THE THEATER SHALL COMPLY WITH THE
 REQUIREMENTS OF NFPA 101 12.1.7.2 WAITING SPACES. NO
 WAITING IS ALLOWED IN THIS SPACE WHILE THE THEATER IS
 OCCUPIED.
  
 THE EXITS LEADING OUT FROM THE MAIN BUILDING TO POOL
 AREA MUST LEAD TO A PUBLIC WAY. THERE IS INSUFFICIENT
 DOCUMENTATION INDICATING EXITS FROM THE POOL AREA.
 LOADING THE POOL AREA WITH NO EXITS FROM THE POOL AREA
 TO A PUBLIC WAY IS NOT APPROVED AND SHALL BE PROVIDED
 FOR BEFORE FINAL OCCUPANCY APPROVAL.
  
 THE EXIT LEADING OUT FROM THE TODDLER ROOM SHALL LEAD
 TO A PUBLIC WAY. THERE IS INSUFFICIENT DOCUMENTATION
 INDICATING EXITS FROM THE TODDLER ROOM EXIT TO A PUBLIC
 WAY. THIS EXIT IS NOT APPROVED; HOWEVER, IT SHALL BE
 PROVIDED ACCESS TO A PUBLIC WAY BEFORE FINAL OCCUPANCY
 APPROVAL.
  
 THE EXIT LEADING FROM THE THEATER TO THE TENNIS COURTS
 SHALL LEAD TO A PUBLIC WAY. THERE IS INSUFFICIENT
 DOCUMENTATION INDICATING EXITS FROM THE THEATER ROOM
 EXIT TO A PUBLIC WAY. THIS EXIT IS NOT APPROVED;
 HOWEVER, IT SHALL BE PROVIDED ACCESS TO A PUBLIC WAY
 BEFORE FINAL OCCUPANCY APPROVAL.
  
 THE FIRE PIT IN THE POOL AREA IS NOT APPROVED WITH THIS
 PERMIT APPROVAL AND SHALL BE SUBMITTED FOR APPROVAL
 UNDER A SEPARATE PERMIT.
