 PROVIDE A DRAWING DETAIL OF THE STAIRS, HANDRAILS AND
 GUARDRAILS. GUARDS, AT LEAST 42-INCHES TALL, SHALL BE
 PROVIDED AT THE OPEN SIDES OF MEANS OF EGRESS (STAIRS,
 MEZZANINE, ETC.) THAT EXCEED 30-INCHES ABOVE THE FLOOR.
 OPEN GUARDS SHALL PROHIBIT THE PASSAGE OF A 4-INCH
