 1) THE SIGN LOCATION PLAN SUBMITTED WITH THE PERMIT IS
 NOT THE SIGN LOCATION PLAN APPROVED AS PART OF THE JUNE
 23, 2015 MINOR PD AMENDMENT. PLEASE USE THE APPROVED
 SIGN LOCATION PLAN (AVAILABLE FROM COTLEUR & HEARING OR
 THE CITY?S PLANNING DIVISION) TO ANNOTATE WHICH SIGN
 TYPE IS BEING INSTALLED IN WHICH LOCATION.
  
 2) STAFF IS CONFUSED AS TO WHICH SIGNS ARE INCLUDED ON
 THIS PERMIT APPLICATION. THE SITE PLAN THAT WAS
 INCLUDED WITH THE APPLICATION HAS THREE SIGN LOCATIONS
 HIGHLIGHTED; HOWEVER, THERE IS A PHOTO INCLUDED FOR
 SIGN A-1 WHICH IS AT A LOCATION NOT HIGHLIGHTED ON THE
 SITE PLAN AND THE PROVIDED CONTRACT IS FOR NINE SIGNS.
 PLEASE CLARIFY WHICH AND HOW MANY SIGNS ARE INCLUDED ON
 THIS PERMIT.
  
 3) SIGN A-1 IS LOCATED TOO CLOSE TO THE HAVERHILL ROAD
 INTERSECTION AND BLOCKS THE SAFE VIEW OF DRIVERS. THE
 SIGN SHOWN (INSTALLED WITHOUT A PERMIT) SHALL BE MOVED
 BACK TO COMPLY WITH THE LOCATION SHOWN ON THE APPROVED
 SIGN LOCATION PLAN. THE SIGN SHALL BE INSTALLED
 IMMEDIATELY WEST OF THE TREE, IN LINE WITH THE
 PERIMETER WALL.
  
 4) THE COLOR RENDERINGS THAT ARE SEALED BY THE ENGINEER
 CORRECTLY SHOW NO LOGOS ON THEM. THE PHOTO OF SIGN A-1
 (INSTALLED WITHOUT A PERMIT) SHOWS THE MORSELIFE NAME
 AND LOGO, WHICH SHALL BE REMOVED. ADDITIONALLY, THE
 GOOGLE STREET VIEW SHOWS ADDITIONAL SIGNS INSTALLED
 (WITHOUT PERMITS) WITH SIGN A-3 CLEARLY DISPLAYING THE
 NAME AND LOGO. THESE NAMES AND LOGOS SHALL BE REMOVED
 IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PERMIT PLANS.

 WITH THIS APPLICATION MAY INCLUDE THE MORSELIFE NAME OR
 LOGO.
  
 3) THE SHEET WITH THE COLOR ELEVATIONS OF EACH SIGN
 SHOWS TWO DIFFERENT SIZED SIGNS, BUT ONLY SHOWS THE
 DIMENSIONS OF THE A TYPE SIGN.
  
 4) THE CONSTRUCTION SHEET PREPARED BY FERRIN SIGNS DOES
 NOT SHOW THE DIMENSIONS FOR SIGN TYPE B.
  
 5) SIGN A-1 (PARKING AREA IDENTIFICATION SIGN) MAY ONLY
 CONTAIN FOUR (4) SQUARE FEET PER SIGN FACE, NOT 11.2
 SQUARE FEET AS SHOWN.
  
 6) PROVIDE A SITE PLAN AT A BIGGER SCALE TO VERIFY THAT
 SIGN A-1 DOES NOT BLOCK THE VISIBILITY OF DRIVERS
 LEAVING THE SITE.
  
 7) THE B TYPE SIGNS (PARKING AREA AND INSTRUCTIONAL AND
 RELATED SIGNS) MAY NOT EXCEED SIX (6) FEET IN HEIGHT.
  
 8) PROVIDE A SITE PLAN AT A BIGGER SCALE TO VERIFY THAT
 SIGNS A-3, A-4 AND A-7 DO NOT BLOCK THE VISIBILITY OF
 DRIVERS LEAVING THE RESPECTIVE PARKING BAYS TO ACCESS
 THE ACCESS DRIVEWAYS.
