 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE
 AND EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT
