 FEATURE, FIXTURE, OR ELEMENT THAT EMITS CARBON MONOXIDE
 AS A BYPRODUCT OF COMBUSTION SHALL HAVE AN OPERATIONAL
 CARBON MONOXIDE ALARM INSTALLED WITHIN 10 FEET OF EACH
 ROOM USED FOR SLEEPING PURPOSES.
  
 3) FBC 107.3.4 - PROVIDE TWO SETS OF PRODUCT APPROVALS
 FOR THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY DCA RULE 9N-3
 THAT HAVE BEEN REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD. SPECIFICALLY, PROVIDE ROOFING,
 WINDOW, MULLION AND DOOR SUBMITTALS.
  
 4) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FBC 1503.4.2.1 OVERFLOW
 SCUPPERS.
 WHEN OTHER MEANS OF DRAINAGE OF OVERFLOW WATER IS NOT
 PROVIDED, OVERFLOW SCUPPERS SHALL BE PLACED IN WALLS OR
 PARAPETS NOT LESS THAN 2 INCHES (51 MM) NOR MORE THAN 4
 INCHES (102 MM) ABOVE THE FINISHED ROOF COVERING AND
 SHALL BE LOCATED AS CLOSE AS PRACTICAL TO REQUIRED
 VERTICAL LEADERS OR DOWNSPOUTS OR WALL AND PARAPET
 SCUPPERS. AN OVERFLOW SCUPPER SHALL BE SIZED IN

 1) REVISE THE RISER DIAGRAM TO INDICATE A SINGLE
 GROUNDING ELECTRODE CONDUCTOR SIZED IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 NEC 250.66 TO ONE COMMON GROUNDING ELECTRODE SYSTEM.

 2) AN INTERSYSTEM BONDING TERMINATION FOR CONNECTING
 INTERSYSTEM BONDING AND GROUNDING CONDUCTORS REQUIRED
 FOR OTHER SYSTEMS SHALL BE PROVIDED EXTERNAL TO
 ENCLOSURES AT THE SERVICE EQUIPMENT AND AT THE
 DISCONNECTING MEANS FOR ANY ADDITIONAL BUILDINGS OR

 3) EVERY CIRCUIT AND CIRCUIT MODIFICATION SHALL BE
 LEGIBLY IDENTIFIED AS TO ITS CLEAR, EVIDENT, AND

 4) VERIFY THE ELECTRICAL SERVICE DISCONNECTING MEANS
 HAS A FAULT CURRENT RATING THAT IS SUFFICIENT AT
 NOMINAL CIRCUIT VOLTAGE FOR THE CURRENT THAT MUST BE
 INTERRUPTED. NEC 110.9
  
 5) OCPD?S SHALL NOT BE LOCATED IN THE VICINITY OF
 EASILY IGNITIBLE MATERIAL, SUCH AS IN CLOTHES CLOSETS.

 6) M1602.2 PROHIBITED SOURCES. OUTDOOR AND RETURN AIR
 FOR A FORCED-AIR HEATING OR COOLING SYSTEM SHALL NOT BE
 TAKEN FROM THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS:
 4. A CLOSET, BATHROOM, TOILET ROOM, KITCHEN, GARAGE,
 MECHANICAL ROOM, BOILER ROOM, FURNACE ROOM,
 UNCONDITIONED ATTIC OR OTHER DWELLING UNIT.
